I give these pillows a 4 out of 5, they are actually pretty comfortable. More comfortable then expected I usually randomly get hot through out the night and the past few nights thats hasn't happened so the cooling does work surprisingly, I'm definitely getting a few more

I will start by saying that I’m very picky with my pillows and usually will only last one night before switching back to my old reliable. This Serta cooling gel memory pillow started out a little rough with the smell out of the bag. It was terrible and reminded me of alcohol. I unzipped and washed the outside layer and threw a pillow case on to give it a try. First night I struggled to get it to work with how I sleep and gave up. Second night had much more success l. The pillow deflated a bit and I found that perfect comfy spot and had an amazing nights sleep. This has already surpassed several others that I’ve tried. It’s now been about a week and still the pillow amazes me with how comfy it is. It does run slightly hot but not as bad as I assumed. I sleep with a fan which solves that easily. Overall this is a great pillow and I will be using this long term!

This is a perfect pillow for those who do not like high/firm pillows. I have been sleeping much better with this foam pillow. It's a little more of a sofer side for a foam pillow, but that's why I like it. The whole memory foam pillows always have been too firm for me but this shredded ones feel much softer and easy on my neck. I'll definitely repurchase!

This serta cooling pillow is very soft and comfortable. It doesn't get hot. It is slightly underfilled for my liking but if you like something that is moldable or to hug at night this is your pillow. It is encased in a zipper case which is nice however all the filling is loose which may not be pet or child friendly. It is smaller than I prefer, queen size for reference and it gets thin too quickly. It wasn't for me but I prefer a firmer pillow. Used for a week and I'm not at all disappointed but would not repurchase.

I tried this pillow as it was a cooling pillow and I get warm at night and it was very comfortable and didn’t seem to get hot! I would highly recommend this pillow of your looking for a comfortable cooling pillow for your neck and you get 2 what a deal!!!

Prob the BEST pillow I’ve used in 30 years! Stays cool, firm but face filling, no tossing and turning. I’ve used the pillow for 5 days and I’m shocked how much I really enjoyed it. I’ve been on the hunt for a new pillow and this hit the head on the nail! 110% worth every penny. Will replace all the pillows in the house with these!!! You will not be disappointed.

We have enjoyed using our Serta Cooling pillows. They are very comfortable and we adjusted to them very quickly. They are firm pillows that give you a lot of neck support. They are great for back sleepers. The pillows keep me cool when sleeping and have been a great addition to my bed.

I’m always searching for good quality pillows for multipurpose uses. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality, exactly what I was looking for. They plump up to full capacity after use and the memory foam worked exactly like described. I am yet to feel its cooling capacity, however, it does not matter to me too much. Full support, yet malleable so you can shape it to your liking. Highly recommend these pillows - great comfort! love these pillows.

These are not the same pillows I have been buying for years. They are now super thin with no support. I do not know if maybe my store got a bad batch or this is how they will be from now on, but I will not buy again. Sad because these were my go to pillows for every bed in my home and RV.

I have a neck injury and after purchasing dozens of pillows, I finally found one that supports my neck. It molds to my neck and head. I'm a side sleeper and so far it has helped me snore less. I can easily form/tuck the pillow around my neck for additional support on my head and it stays that way not to mention that the material is cooling. I bought my mother and my children a set as well. Awesome pillows!!!
