After using these pillows for the past four nights, my wife and I are pleasantly surprised with these pillows. I am a stomach sleeper but try not to as my back hurts. I have found that this pillow does a good job of keeping me on my side or back. I have tried a lot of ways to stop sleeping on my stomach and this seems to be working! I was unsure about the pillow seeing that it is filled with ground up memory foam(pic) but it is a good all around pillow. It gives support but not too much to where it is uncomfortable, and on the other extreme your head does not sink all the way in as it does with the plush pillows. The pillow breaths well as to not cause heat or sweat while sleeping. It has only been a short time with the pillows but I feel like they will do a very good job of holding their shape over time. I do wish that the pillows were a bit wider but I could always purchase the king size as these are queen/full. I do a fair amount of tossing and turning and a little wider would be beneficial for that. For this reason I removed one star but they are very close to being a 5-star pillow. Overall I feel like these are very good quality pillows and worth trying. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. These pillows have been the most comfortable and easy to get use to out of the box. I have found that sometimes pillows just take a little time to get use to, so maybe with a little more use, they will become a 5-star pillow to me.

When I saw this pillow I was initially concerned. I've used memory foam "cluster" cooling pillows before and they've been understaffed and flat. This one I didn't have any issues with. Pros: Very well stuffed - roughly the same height as my solid memory foam side sleeper pillows Support - held it's shape well with moderate give Cushioning - very soft Cooling - didn't feel hot at all Washable - came with instructions to wash the entire pillow Cons: Offgas - I didn't sleep on it the first two days after I got it. Had a bad chemical smell right out of the package that is pretty typical of memory foam products. It dissipated after a day or two

I'm fairly picky about my pillows. I don't like the ones that flatten and stay flat within a month. Feather filled are nice until they poke you. Some memory foam pillows are just too stiff. But this pillow is different. It's firm yet soft enough to cradle the head nicely. Distributes the heat away so well I don't overheat in the night, yet not cooling me down to the point I get cold. Only drawback I've had is that my teenager and dog keep trying to steal them from me! I might need to get more for them!

This pillow is comfortable and the memory foam forms to head/shoulders well but can become thin after laying for awhile or on side. I am a side sleeper, shift positions overnight and need a very firm, thick pillow. The Serta Cooling Gel memory foam seemed more comfortable when I was sleeping on my back rather than side. I also used it as a body pillow between legs and it worked great. It has easy wash and care instructions. Overall good pillow but would not recommend for side sleepers - better for back sleepers.

This pillow is medium thickness and has a soft cover that could almost be used without another pillowcase. It does not have the typical memory foam "feel" but rather like it's full of many small pieces of memory foam. I am a warm sleeper and a prime candidate for cooling technology. I do not think this pillow does anything to keep you cool. It does feel like good quality.

I was very excited about these pillows. They look great upon arrival and seem very cozy; however, the material appears to be "chunky" instead of one solid material. This tends to shift around while your sleeping leading to discomfort over time. Also, that material on the outside makes a scratchy noise when you shift. As a light sleeper, this was a major problem. Also, the design is supposed to be cooling but it felt like they ran hotter than my other pillow that I was using prior to these. The price is great but I wouldn't recommend this.

When i received this product i was actually thinking about buying some pillows for my daughters bedroom. Thankfully i received the Serta Gel Memory Foam Pillows. These pillows are very cushioned and very comfortable and very fresh my daughter loves them.

I used this pillow at home daily. I like the firmness of the pillow and the way it shaped around my neck and head. When shapo g around the neck it doesn't get hot. There is a slight smell to the pillow at first. I am really hoping it comes in a king size because that what I am use to using.

I have used this pillow for about two weeks prior to writing this review. I am a hot sleeper and it most certainly cools and sleeps cooler than others I have used. It seems to hold its shape to a fault, though. The only reason it’s missing a star is that it needs “fluffed” before laying down or an impression where your head is will stay. This seems to make the pillow less supportive over time. Overall, I am happy with this and it is an improvement over the standard gel/foam pillows I have used before.

I received the Serta Cooling pillow a couple of days ago. I was excited to try it out because I was interested in the cooling feature of the product. When I slept on it the first night it did keep my head cool which was exciting. However, the texture and feel of the pillow was all wrong for me. It felt clumpy my head sank into the pillow with not much give. Overall I would not recommend this pillow.
