This pillow is soft and just firm enough to hold its shape perfectly. It’s made of shredded memory foam and you can shape it however you like, which is nice for stomach sleepers like myself. I’m not sure if I noticed the “cooling” feature but I didn’t think the pillow got overly warm throughout the night. Overall a good and comfortable pillow.

The pillow is firm but still soft. It provides more support than my more expensive pillow that I purchased. I prefer it over my memory foam one as well since that one is too firm. This pillow offers a nice medium and I sleep very well. I wouldn’t say it stays cool all night though which would be nice.

This is great pillow. Very comfortable and very affordable for the price. The only thing I don't get is the cooling part. I don't see how this or any product of this type can be cooling. But I did not get it for that, I got it for comfort which it exceeds my expectations.

The pillows are very comfortable. My neck felt great the following morning. The gel conforms to your head and neck and the pillows did not go flat. They are cool to the touch. However, if you use a pillow case, you will not benefit from to cooling effect. There are actual gel pieces on the inside of the pillows. The zippered cases allow for easy cleaning/ washing. Overall, a great bargain for the price!

Since the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows is a 2-pack, my husband and I each tried one. I used mine as a normal pillow for my head. He is a side-sleeper so he used his as a "hug" pillow. We have been using them for about 3 weeks now. They do have a strong odor at first, so I would recommend letting them air out before use. When I first saw that it was a gel pillow, I assumed it would be solid. However, the "cluster" part of the pillow makes softer and reminded me of a faux down pillow. I am not sure how long they will hold up, but for the price we would recommend these pillows.

I used this pillow for the past several weeks, although it is soft and cozy it doesn't live up to the cooling gel memory foam name. I enjoy using this pillow as it doesn’t seem to go flat or lose its fluff. Now time will really tell. Overall, if you like soft and spongy pillows this one is for you but don’t pick up this set if you prefer hard stiff pillows.

When I got the pillows I opened them and thought they were not going to be the best at all. When I did use them I was wrong they were comfy with a nice softness for my neck. Especially while camping, with the cold air it made it very cooling and even more comfy!

My husband and daughter have been using these for two weeks. They both sleep warm, but this has been cooling for them.My husband has noticed that the pillow is firm and easy to sleep on. My daughter, who has a lot of hair, has also noticed that she doesn't get as hot at night.

I bought two sets of this pillow. The first set I picked up from my local store and I really liked them. The second set was shipped to me and when they arrived they had a terrible chemical smell. I thought they would air out but no luck so I put them thru the wash cycle and the odor didn’t leave. I’m washing them a second time and if they still smell I guess they will go to the garbage because that’s not anything a person needs to breathe in all night while sleeping.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows are a high quality pillow. I used them for my husband and I, replacing our big box store brand memory foam pillows. I did notice a slight chemical smell when I first opened the bag, but that was gone by the time we got in bed that night. These pillows are supportive, and keep their shape well. I love that they are machine washable! I did wash them both and dry with dryer balls, they washed beautifully, still fluffy and maintained their shape.
