I’ve been using this pillow for the past few nights. So far I like the quality. I like the cooling feature. It hasn’t lost its form and it’s comfortable. It’s the perfect amount of foam where your head rests nicely whether you’re a side sleeper or a back sleeper.

Two pillows for a good price. These pillows have some firmness but are not obnoxiously puffy. They offer support for the head and neck. There is an outer covering that can be unzipped and washed as needed, leaving the foam clusters intact inside a second covering.

Pillows are not too firm and not too plush, just right. Minimal cooling effect on the pillows. The standard size felt a little small but they were a decent size. My husband and I had king pillows so we got used to them but if these come in king size they would be perfect.

These pillows shipped faster than I thought! The packaging was easy to open. Both pillows were clean and ready to be used. I like that they have a zippered cover already on them. They are queen size and perfect for my bed. I have used them for several nights and have slept great. They are cool and just the right amount of firmness and softness! Looking forward to other products!

I have been using these pillows for approximately 2 weeks now. I am very happy with the comfortability these pillows provide. First off the price is unbeatable for two Serta Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Second, the comfortability level is top notch. Before receiving these pillows, my sleep was restless. The pillow I did have was too stiff. These pillows are soft and adjustable to your preference. It did not take long for my restless sleep to become a night of comfort. My children have even tried to steal my new pillows for their own comfort! I highly recommend this purchase and will be getting them again!

I recently got this pillow and i do like it a lot. The reason for a p 4 star review is the pillow is a bit thinner than my last and dose not give the neck support my last one did. I love the cooling aspect of the pillow combined with the good support for the neck and head.I wish it was a slightly plushier pillow. Overall a solid choice for a night sleep

This pillow is a personal favorite for both my daughter and myself. Normally a 10 year old and a 40 year old wouldn't have much in common when it comes to pillows but that is where this set shines. My daughter likes a thinner pillow (she sleeps on her back) and I sleep on my side and prefer a firmer pillow. The pillows have two zippers and you can actually adjust the amount of fill in each pillow. Both of us like the cooling aspect of the pillow fill with my only minor complaint coming from the smell of the new foam. The smell seems to be fading quickly but you might want to air out the pillows a bit before use if you are sensitive to such things.

These pillows are by far not the worse pillows we have experienced, but we didn't love them either. They are more firm. The directions that come with them, does say to give them a couple of weeks to fully break in, so at this point that is all we can hope for. The cooling feature also never seems to make a huge difference for us. Perhaps if you sleep directly on the pillow instead of using a pillowcase?

My whole family absolutely loves these pillows! These are the comfiest pillows I’ve ever purchased. They’re firm without being hard and soft while still being supportive. Initially I thought the cooling was just a gimmick but they truly do stay cool and are so nice.

Pillow was extremely comfy! I tend to sleep hot and wake up with my hair sweaty, but this pillow truly helped. My husband used the 2nd one and he loved it too! After having used it a couple days, I’ve noticed I’ve woken up feeling more refreshed. Will definitely order again!
