FINALLY! A pillow that delivers on being not too firm, and not too soft. The cooling factor is an added bonus. Word to the wise — leave this pillow sitting out by itself for at least 8-10 hours before use so you get the maximum benefit from it. The only negative I can find about this pillow is the zipper, which is sort of pointy and out there. But after being poked once I flipped it around and it hasn’t been a problem since. It’s very nice to have a pillow that returns to its original shape and size after multiple uses.

I received these pillows from Sam's Club to review. Here is my review on them. I was looking for something that would provide me with comfort and support for my neck and shoulders. I have been using them for a few weeks now and I am very happy with them. The pillows are soft and fluffy, but they also conform to the shape of my head and neck. They are not too firm or too soft, just right for me. They also stay cool throughout the night, which is a plus for me as I tend to get hot easily. The pillows come in a set of two and they are standard size. They fit well in my pillowcases and they look nice on my bed. They are also easy to care for, as they are machine washable and dryer safe. The only thing that I did not like about these pillows is that they had a slight chemical smell when I first opened them. However, the smell went away after I aired them out for a few hours. Overall, I would recommend these pillows to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience. They are worth the price and they have improved the quality of my sleep. I give them five stars out of five.

Overall, these pillows are above average. When laying your head on the pillow, the pillow does not go flat, which I liked. I enjoyed the support I felt, fluffy but not hard. However, I didn't feel much of the memory gel. When you squeeze the pillow with your hand/fingers, you can feel the memory foam, but I feel like it doesn't translate well when you lay your head on the pillow. I slept comfortably on the pillow each night, I just expected to feel more of the gel and memory foam.

I suffer from severe migraines, and these pillows are the only ones that I can use. They are amazing!! For me, these are the best pillows on the market. They retain their shape, and are very comfortable to sleep on. These are the only pillows I will buy for myself and my family.

Cooling gel memory foam pillow. It’s a bit stiff, but fantastic if you like a full pillow. I use it as support between my legs, and I would definitely recommend it for that! The cooling option is nice and actually works! I love that it comes with a protector/cover. I would definitely recommend this as a body support pillow!

This pillow is very comfortable. It is soft, yet firm and keeps it's shape. I like that the foam is cut up into little pieces. I only gave this 4 stars because i think it could've used more cooling, gel pieces. My body tends to run hot so this had very little cooling effect on me.

Would have given 5 stars, but the internal zipper wasn’t secured and stuffing was coming out upon arrival. To be clear, the zipper was NOT broken so this was an easy fix. I’ve slept with the pillow for a week now and haven’t had any trouble since I secured the zipper. The first night, it seemed a bit more firm, but the second night and on, the pillow was a perfect amount of soft and firm and has formed well to my head. It also re-forms well when fluffed. The pillow is filled with a unique stuffing, almost like broken chunks of foam. I was happily surprised that you don’t feel the individual foam pieces when laying on it. The pieces sort of form together with the weight of your head to create a wonderful form fit. I found it very comfortable! This is my new go to pillow!! Another great feature is that the foam pieces are contained in a zippered case within another zippered case. This will make it easy if wanting to wash just the outer case. Per the tag instructions, you can wash the entire pillow with foam inside, but the outer case should remain on with zipper closed. I haven’t had a chance to test out washing it yet so unable to comment on how it washes.

Shipping was fast. I received two gel memory foam pillows. There were several pamphlets inside that told you about the pillows, how to wash/care for them, and what’s actually inside the pillows. After washing the pillows(smell of warehouse) I placed them on my bed. They are full and not too firm. I use them at night. they’re huggable pillows which have added more comfort for me while sleeping. The pillows are nice and soft. The only down side to me is the pillows not being more firm (my preference) and coming in king size. I probably would not have purchased outside of Sam’s Club

Straight out the box I noticed how fluffy these pillows are. Upon opening they are so soft yet have a little firmness which I love. The covers can also be washed which is a plus. Honestly the design looks so modern and with these you won’t have to buy several pillows for your bed. I may get 2 more and that’s it. I didn’t notice much of a cooling effect which was a little disappointing but overall a solid buy!

The serta cooling gel memory foam pillow was quite nice. It did a decent job of staying cool through the night and it was a very comfortable pillow. It is not one solid piece of memory foam, but instead its broken up pieces which I think I prefer. The only complaint is that the memory foam pieces kind of lump together so I had to fluff it up a lot.
