This pillow is soft and firm. The form makes it flexible to fold to make it firmer under your neck. The form also makes the pillow go back to its original state after sleeping on it overnight. The pillow stays cool and doesn't make you sweat. Good pillow.

I received this product in exchange for a review. This pillow was used in the bedroom by both my wife and I. At first, when we opened the pillows we were surprised with how large they were and the first night was needed to “break it in” but day 2 and beyond, the pillows seemed to adjust to us (or vice versa) and we had comfortable nights sleep.

Received this product about 2 weeks ago. I was very skeptical as pillows can be very uncomfortable when undergoing chiropractor work on my neck. These are fantastic and they definitely are cooling. I used to get hot where I laid on my pillow and have to flip the pillow to cool. Not with these pillows.

These pillows are okay, probably something you can keep in the closet for when guests stay or break them in and keep them around for when you go camping. But I definitely would not use these as a nightly pillow, and they do not seem to have any cooling effect. I was only able to sleep one night on it and it hurt my neck terribly. I was in a car accident 4 years ago and had a neck injury, this pillow definitely does not support your neck the way you need it to.

Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows are different from other pillows that I have used in the past. They take a little getting used to. I find them a bit firm. I usually sleep on my side, but sometimes on my back. This pillow is firmer than I anticipated, however, they are cooling and do give great support. I like it they come in a pack of two and are relatively affordable. One thing to note, the instructions say the entire pillow is totally laundry-safe but I would suggest a delicate cycle and in cold water only.

I didnt like the pillows as much as I thought I would. I was excited to try them out since the pillows are cooling gel memory foam, but they just seemed like any cheap pillows. I came to think that I may have received the incorrect pillows. I dislike how they are not more firm and how your head sinks all the way down to the pillow.

These pillows are super comfy! They do not loose their shape and do not require fluffing, but are easy to fluff if you want to. Memory foam can get hot but the gel does provide a nice cooling feel. The zippered cover is easy to remove if you do not want to wash the whole pillow. A drink was spilled on one of our pillows and the whole pillow washed nicely. The dry time was lengthy but hopefully with the zippered cover the whole pillow will not have to washed often. All in all love these pillows and will purchase more for the whole family.

The pillow is really good quality but it could be stay cooler longer Like most pillows it gets hot rather fast. As far as support goes its a very good pillow for all positions. I really like that uou can wash the pillow and it comes with instructions.

These pillows have a crisp white covering that is easily removed with a zipper on the side , it makes it very easy to wash the covering to keep the pillows fresh inside you will find a breathable fabric that holds millions of pieces of foam. I have 5 kids and they are fighting over who gets these pillows at night, mom tested kid and cat approved !

Having used Serta pillows for several with favorable results, I bought the Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows when I hurt my neck. I am pleased with them. They fluff up to their original shape in the morning. I don't know much about the cooling affect, but can say that it has helped me sleep better while my neck heals.
