This pillow is a personal favorite for both my daughter and myself. Normally a 10 year old and a 40 year old wouldn't have much in common when it comes to pillows but that is where this set shines. My daughter likes a thinner pillow (she sleeps on her back) and I sleep on my side and prefer a firmer pillow. The pillows have two zippers and you can actually adjust the amount of fill in each pillow. Both of us like the cooling aspect of the pillow fill with my only minor complaint coming from the smell of the new foam. The smell seems to be fading quickly but you might want to air out the pillows a bit before use if you are sensitive to such things.

Overall, these pillows are above average. When laying your head on the pillow, the pillow does not go flat, which I liked. I enjoyed the support I felt, fluffy but not hard. However, I didn't feel much of the memory gel. When you squeeze the pillow with your hand/fingers, you can feel the memory foam, but I feel like it doesn't translate well when you lay your head on the pillow. I slept comfortably on the pillow each night, I just expected to feel more of the gel and memory foam.

I have no idea what the purpose of this pillow is. It is lumpy. I guess I should have known this from the description "cluster pillow"? I didn't even try to use it, just returned it to Sam's. Sure glad I also ordered the Bellagio pillows as a backup. They are terrific.

I have been sleeping on the memory foam cooling pillows for a couple days now. I like the firmness of the pillow, which is a moderate level, not too firm and not too soft. We live in California, so even though it’s fall it’s still hot, I like the cooling feature because the pillow doesn’t absorb heat, making it quite comfortable. I really like that the pillow has a removal case with a zipper which can be washed keeping the pillow cleaner and smelling good longer.

The pillow is very comfortable, it is firm but not in the way that hurts, I prefer my pillows less firm (I would say this is medium firmness tho) . I did not notice the cooking feature however, it didn’t feel cooler than my other pillows, perhaps it’s the pillow case. I love that the memory foam gel contours to the body which makes it more comfortable than other pillows it also holds shape very well, as soon as I get up to do my bed it’s back to shape no need to fluff .

These pillows are actually pretty comfortable. I have chronic shoulder and neck pain, so a good pillow is a must. These pillows are soft but quite firm which provides a good support for my neck. They are machine washable, and have a nice outer cover that zips. It does stay cool throughout the night so I’m not constantly flipping it over. In the week I’ve been sleeping on this pillow, I haven’t noticed it flattening much. The only thing I really don’t like about the pillow is the faint smell. When I first took it out of the package, the smell of the memory foam was strong. After a week, I still smell it but it isn’t quite as strong. Overall, I would definitely buy it again.

Loved how this has such a cooling effect, but annoying how often I need to rotate the pillow, because it gets lumpy and flat. It is a firmer pillow, but not stiff. Contours the neck well for side sleeping, but not a fan when stomach sleeping. No bad smells and overall good quality pillow.

Great little pillow. I was a bit disappointed that the pillow didn't stay cool since it's cooling gel. My purple pillow is cooler. It kept it's form nicely. Wish it had a little more poofiness, seemed flimsy for memory foam. I was happy that I woke up without a jeadache from it losing height and form.

Bought these and they had a horrible chemical/factory smell. I aired them for almost 2 weeks, sprayed with lysol and febreeze but nothing could get rid of the smell. Not even a day outside (when it was mid 40's here in MI.) could reduce it. Contacted manufacturer and they suggested doing everything I'd already done so I returned them for a new set. These still have a smell but not like the last set did. These smell a bit like foam and the scent is fading over time. I also used fabreeze on them which helped a tiny bit. I recommend these but make sure you air them out before use. Literature in packaging says this "smell" can happen but should go away over time. Also takes some getting used to sleeping on them but they give the support I need and have enough "give" that my daily migraines don't get worse after use.

The pillows are much softer than I prefer to sleep on when my neck is stiff but they feel nice to lounge on to relax or if you enjoy soft pillows! One of the highlights of the pillow is that is cooling but I didn’t notice that part unfortunately. I love that they are washable since I have kids so I needed to wash it before deciding if they’d be a good fit for my kids- after they dried they fluffed back up pretty well!
