I really like these pillows. My only complaint is that I should’ve purchased the king size. Love that they actually hold my head and don’t flatten out throughout the night but they are not super firm either. These also don’t smell bad like other pillows. Perfect balance! Definitely recommend!

Prob the BEST pillow I’ve used in 30 years! Stays cool, firm but face filling, no tossing and turning. I’ve used the pillow for 5 days and I’m shocked how much I really enjoyed it. I’ve been on the hunt for a new pillow and this hit the head on the nail! 110% worth every penny. Will replace all the pillows in the house with these!!! You will not be disappointed.

I have used these pillows for a few nights now. Very soft and comfortable. There is not as much memory foam as i prefer, it is more of a fluffy pillow than memory foam in my opinion. It does provide a nice cooling effect. Very good deal for the price and ive never had bad experience with serta pillows before. I would recommend this product if you like a partial memory foam partial fluffy pillow.

Great pillow for both back and side sleepers. Soft and comfortable with just the right amount of support and firmness. Not normally a fan of this type of pillow as I normally prefer either a feather pillow or a memory foam but this is a new happy medium that I would highly recommend.

I would like to start off saying this is the best pillow I have used in years! I used to use regular down pillows but they get too hot but these stay nice and cool. I then moved to a solid "cooling" memory foam pillow but those are way too hard and do not shape like these do (while still providing plenty of support for a side sleeper). This pillow has just the right cooling, support, and comfort for me and my wife loves hers too!

I’ve tried so many plenty of cooling pillows however none of them stay “cool” throughout the night or they’re too heavy and stuff. This pillow has the perfect softness and fluffiness even for the stomach sleepers like myself and side sleepers like my husband

I have an extremely hard mattress and have a hard time finding a pillow. I was nervous that these pillows being memory foam would smash and stay smashed but they are still fluffy and soft but stiff firm enough to support my neck and head. I really like these pillows so far. Its been a week and I have no neck or shoulder pain and have been sleeping well.

I was so excited to receive this pillow. My husband is like a human radiator, so I was excited to find a product that could help him sleep comfortably. He’s enjoyed using this pillow and we were pleased there was not any odor as I’ve seen mentioned in reviews for similar products.

The pillows are pretty comfy and they seemed to hold up in thickness the few days we've used them thus far. We didn't really feel any 'cooling', but the pillows definitely didn't sleep hot. Time will tell is they continue to hold their shape but if they are easy to fluff (they have instructions included) then I foresee us using these pillows for a while.
