These pillows are really comfy but firm. I am a person whose neck hurts with firm pillows, so I appreciated that it had some fluff to it. When you place your hand on it, it is cool to the touch. Which is good for people who get hot like myself . I usually like a good memory foam pillow up until my 30s, but lately, the firm of the memory foam gives me back spasms . This pillow is gon for a side sleeper such as myself . I still don’t think I’ve met my match with the best pillow out there yet. For me, it’s the combo of various pillows that makeup my king sized bed. I would buy it if I had to purchase new pillows!

I received this pillow set to test out and review. After using the pillows for a week I can say they are a great firm pillow. They are easy to shape into the position you want and do not go flat as you lay on them over night. They do have a foam smell when you first open them. I recommend letting them air out for a couple of days. The smell does fade.

These pillows are great! I am a frequent tower/turner in my sleep, and no matter what position I end up in, this pillow gives me the support that I need. I have been using them for a few nights now and definitely wake up with less neck discomfort. These pillows do feel cool to the touch but don’t stay as cool as long as I would have liked, and are comfortable to sleep on. They fully fit in a standard pillow case, and are firm enough where I don’t need to sleep with 2-3 pillows but just this one and possibly one other thinner pillow.

I have loved this pillow! I’m currently pregnant and put this pillow on top of my u shape pillow- and I can’t sleep without it. My hubby is a picky pillow guy and said ok this pillow is good which is saying a lot! Also cooling- um yes! Who likes sweating when they sleep?

I’m loving these pillows so far! They hold their shape, are cooling, and are the perfect in between of firm and fluffy. After two nights of sleeping on them, my husband says his neck isn’t stiff like usual so that’s a plus! I plan on purchasing more and finally throwing away my old sad pillows. I definitely recommend!

I have used these pillows for a few nights now. Very soft and comfortable. There is not as much memory foam as i prefer, it is more of a fluffy pillow than memory foam in my opinion. It does provide a nice cooling effect. Very good deal for the price and ive never had bad experience with serta pillows before. I would recommend this product if you like a partial memory foam partial fluffy pillow.

This is a really good pillow. Not only is it comfortable, it also keeps me cool. It even works through my pillow case. It is maybe a little firmer than I would prefer, but it still works well enough for me. The only thing I didn’t like was it had a chemical like smell out of the bag, but it wasn’t too strong and it went away for me after a few days.

These pillows are alright. I have neck problems so long term use of these is not likely. At first they are pretty firm, they do lose some of the firmness over time. Overall they are decent for the price. I will use these as guest pillows in the future.

This pillow by itself comes with a super fine pillow cover and doesn't need another cover. Cooler than other pillows i own - its packed with gel based micro cushions that are super comfy and cooler than other pillows. While its not obvious upfront, it helps with my sleep. Freshness - the gel based micro cushion certainly adds a bit of fresh scent to this pillow, love it. Best head Support for the cost- if you are on budget looking for a super comfortable pillow, try this. Best value for the money and is comparable to other expensive pillows i own. Washability - while other pillows tend to shrink / not retain its composition post machine wash, this pillow actually retained its firmness even after couple of washes.

This pillow is something different! its chunky and foldable for a great neck prop, or it is good flat. The inside texture took a few nights to get used to. I would recommend this pillow as a second support pillow instead of a main pillow. It worked great as a support between my knees as an avid side sleeper
