These pillows are super similar to a gel top mattress. Firm and supportive, but squishy at the same time. They pretty much form to how you are sleeping. I toss and turn, but stay comfortable all night. I tend to get sore from using a new pillow but somehow I was not with these. I wasn’t super sure about the cooling effects but they do stay cool like a fresh pillow. Probably great for hot sleepers! The only thing I would change is the size…. These were standard pillows and I have a king size bed.

I loved that these pillows came in a two pack. Two pillows is always better than one! Haha. I was very worried at first, I’m a side sleeper and generally like a pillow that’s not so fluffy. Even though this pillow is definitely taller than the pillow I had been using, the memory foam really conforms to what you need. Unfortunately my husband struggled with this pillow but he also has a bulged disc in his neck so he generally has to lay flat without any pillow at all. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to two things. 1. Being that it says it’s a cooling pillow, but I definitely had some nights where it felt a smidge warm, but not too bad. 2. Is that even though it does conform, if you roll over/change positions you have to give it a second to do it’s thing again, otherwise you may have a kinked neck for a bit. Overall, the pillows are very nice. Especially if you are someone who loves a fluffy pillow. I will add I washed them before using them and they maintained their shape beautifully.

I am so happy with my purchase. They are the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. They are soft and fluffy, but they also support my neck and head very well. They don’t get hot or sweaty, because they have gel memory foam that adjusts to my body temperature and shape. The pillows have a nice cover that I can take off and wash whenever I want. They look great on my bed and they make me feel cozy and relaxed. I sleep so much better with these pillows and I wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Serra gel memory foam pillows are the best thing that ever happened to my sleep. If you are looking for new pillows, you should definitely check them out

When I first received these pillows they looked lumpy and uncomfortable. I’m not sure about how they put the foam in them but they were not like anything I have experienced. To give a little background, I sleep with an ergonomic pillow every night and if I don’t have it I can feel it in the morning. I have probably 10 different pillows in my house that I have tried and they all made my neck hurt. I figured I’d give this one a try. I used the pillow for a week before I wrote this review, just to give it a fair shake. I loved the cooling gel in it as I sleep hot and am constantly under a fan. This is my favorite feature and I am honestly going to miss it. I liked the feel of the pillow itself and felt as though it gave plenty of support. The foam was not too soft or too hard and molded nicely to my head and neck. With that being said, I am not able to keep using the pillow as it pushed my neck out of place and I had to get an adjustment. For me, the pillow was a little too full and did not give enough where I need it. I had given one to a child of mine and my fiancée and they LOVE the pillows telling me it is some of the best sleep they have gotten in a while! My recommendation, if you have neck issues already, stick with an ergo pillow. If not, I’m told, these pillows are fantastic!!

I wanted to wait and really try these pillows. after almost a week, I am positive these are the best pillows out there. My husband is sleeping again and more than his normal 4 hours every night. I was very excited when I seen memory foam, but then was surprised by the lumpiness of them. However, I have found after using them that this better than a regular foam pillow. I am able to "fluff" the pillow and create a new "memory" foam every night. THese pillow are highly recommended by my husband and I who have bad backs and I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommended for those suffering from sleep deprivation and back problems.

My package included 2 pillows, i took one ajd my husband used the other. He very much enjoyed how firm the pillow was and said it was a keeper. I however didn't like the pillow for sleeping. For me it was too firm and left me with a stiff neck ewch night i used it. I do think those who like to sit up in bed and watch tv would enjoy the support it gives your back, it doesnt "deflate" at all unlike normal pillows.

Great nights sleep. As with all pillows you will experience some settling from the fill material. Unlike most pillows, this one has a zippered inner liner that allows you to add or remove material as needed over time. Love the removable outer cover which makes keeping my pillow clean easier than expected.

My spouse really needed neck support and these pillows delivered. This pillow is easily contorted with the type of memory foam used. It offers just the right amount of thickness to support your neck. We slept on the pillows for a week before reviewing. The foam inside is cut up tiny pieces of foam which helps to contort the pillow for great supportability. I recommend fluffing the pillow before lying down. This pillow doesn’t get hot like traditional pillows, so no more having to flip the pillow for the cooler side. I didn’t feel that it cooled me down, but the pillow doesn’t retain heat which is a lifesaver.

The pillows are comfy, very soft and very clean. The fabric is nice and feels cool while using it. they bounce back to the fluffy shape after using in original form. the one thing I would like to recommend is, have some other colors for the product. not white only, some other light shade colors.

These pillows are not at all what you think when you hear memory foam pillow, instead of a brick of foam they are made with chucks of foam so they are very comfortable and contour easily to your neck and back. So they are the most comfortable pillow I have ever used, and additional to being comfortable as the label says they are a cool pillow usually I get up a few times through the night to flip over my pillow to keep it cool but I can sleep though the night and they stay cool the entire time. Lastly the pillows are amazing at keeping their shape, just a little fluffing and they are like brand new! 10/10 highly recommended.
