The pillows are exactly what they promise. Surprisingly cool throughout the night, and never flatten like some soft pillows. The pillow is soft enough to hug your head and neck, but it never got “flat”. We loved how big they were as well. Provided a cool, comfortable sleep and never missed. Wife loved how easy they are to wash.

My husband and I decided to use these in our main bedroom to sleep with. After just feeling the pillows, we though that they were going to be wonderful. They are light, airy, and cool to the touch. The pillows are inside a covering that is soft with a zipper on one side and a long tag on the other. I would have liked for the tag and zipper to be on the same side or for the tag to be on the inside of the pillow covering. The pillows stayed cool to the touch mostly, but most importantly they were super soft while also being super supportive. This is a great pillow.

If you love to sleep very comfortable and cozy, I advise to get yourself a few of these memory foam gel pillows from serta. They are very comfortable and always feel cool when you lay your head on them. You will fall asleep as soon as you get cozy. They are made with very high quality materials. I promise these pillows will not disappoint you. Give them a try, you will be forever grateful.

This pillow provides great support for those with neck problems. It is not too thick yet still offers excellent support. The cool feeling of the pillow without a case is appreciated, but it is recommended only to use it with a pillowcase. With an additional layer of pillow case the cooling effect decrease. Overall, the pillow is a four stars.

These Serta memory foam pillows are comfortable and provide proper neck support. I love this new pillow and the cooling feature is an added bonus. As the temps in Texas have been hotter than usual, this pillow came right on time! I have flipped this pillow many times during the night to enjoy the cooling effect. As far as as the memory foam features, it holds its shape very well and provides great support to the head and neck snd doesn’t allow any sinking in. Overall great pillow. The only disadvantage is I wish the pillow was bigger.

I have been sleeping on the memory foam cooling pillows for a couple days now. I like the firmness of the pillow, which is a moderate level, not too firm and not too soft. We live in California, so even though it’s fall it’s still hot, I like the cooling feature because the pillow doesn’t absorb heat, making it quite comfortable. I really like that the pillow has a removal case with a zipper which can be washed keeping the pillow cleaner and smelling good longer.

At first I was cautious of the product when I thought it might feel like the dog bed we had purchased, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The pillows are firm at first but allow your head to settle in perfectly without feeling bulky. No conversation with being overheated either. Happy with these pillows the last two weeks I've used them!

I kove how washable these pillows are! When I received them I followed the washing instructions which allow you to throw them into your standard machine on low. I have slept on them for two nights now to give them a fair chance. They are soft and dont overheat. I dont feel much of a cooling effect, but they dont get hot ao thats a plus. Im not sure how well theyll hold up over time though and I cant say they're the best Ive ever had, but they do the job.

These pillows are great! I am a frequent tower/turner in my sleep, and no matter what position I end up in, this pillow gives me the support that I need. I have been using them for a few nights now and definitely wake up with less neck discomfort. These pillows do feel cool to the touch but don’t stay as cool as long as I would have liked, and are comfortable to sleep on. They fully fit in a standard pillow case, and are firm enough where I don’t need to sleep with 2-3 pillows but just this one and possibly one other thinner pillow.

I waited to write this before I slept on it for a week so I could be accurate as possible. The reason it gets 3 stars off the bat is because it is called “cooling” and definitely felt hot to sleep on. I’ve also been trying to go more natural with products I use, especially ones I spend so many hours sleeping on. Seeing it’s made of polyurethane foam and the smell that came out of it when I opened it was an instant turn off. I let it air out for 2 days before attempting to sleep on it. The smell did dissipate and the outside cover is cotton based I believe, but just knowing I was sleeping inhaling chemicals made me decide not to use them any longer. All that said, if you don’t care too much about what it’s made of, it is a very comfortable pillow that bounces back to its shape very easily. If anything I’ll use these to fill the decorative pillow cases that I take off my bed at night.
