These pillows are just ok. They are not super comfortable but comfortable enough. Sort of like a hotel pillow. I don’t think this would be a good fit for someone with neck issues. Although the pillow is ok, the filling seems to hold up really well! I have been sleeping with mine for about 2 weeks and the size and shape has not changed. Still plump.

My husband and myself love these pillows, they are really soft on our heads, but not to soft just enough. Usually these type of cooling pillows are really hard, but not these. We cannot sleep without them now. I also added covers that I bought at sams and they are perfect matching.

These pillows are really comfy but firm. I am a person whose neck hurts with firm pillows, so I appreciated that it had some fluff to it. When you place your hand on it, it is cool to the touch. Which is good for people who get hot like myself . I usually like a good memory foam pillow up until my 30s, but lately, the firm of the memory foam gives me back spasms . This pillow is gon for a side sleeper such as myself . I still don’t think I’ve met my match with the best pillow out there yet. For me, it’s the combo of various pillows that makeup my king sized bed. I would buy it if I had to purchase new pillows!

When I received the pillows, I took them out immediately. I tried one and my husband tried the other. The first night I was impressed, I always have to sleep with a couple of pillows but only needed this one the very first night. By night 3 the pillow was going flat and hurting my neck and back. My husband and I both had to flip the pillow around to not feel like we were sleeping without a pillow. Haven't really noticed any cooling effects. We both like them if they can keep there original shape and not go flat.

Good mid line pillow. It’s not super special where you want just slowly lay down your head and say “awe”. It’s not as cooling as we thought they would be which was kinda of disappointing. It also feel a little lumpy with your hands which I’m assuming is the cooling beads. Would I by them again? Probably not unless they were to prop another nicer fluffier pillow up. They are a little hard to fluff because the stuffing inside is dense. Although if your someone who likes firmer pillows this one would be pretty decent since it does form to your head nicely without caving in too much. The best way I can explain is like what a futon feels like,

Just like it's description, "cooling," this pillow stays cool throughout the night. Especially if you have your AC blowing. Subjectively, as far as it's firmness, it's quite firm. I like my pillow to be more on the softer side. So this ended up as a cuddle pillow. What I enjoyed about it is it's ability to stay cool!

I've never seen a pillow designed this way. There's just a bunch of cut up memory foam placed in a cheap piece of fabric with a zipper, with another cloth zipped cover over it. I would highly not recommend this product to anyone. Serta really dropped the ball on this one.

This pillow came in a two pack which is great. I’ve been using mine for a little over a week. The packaging does warn you of a slight smell which is true and will likely wear off in time. I didn’t notice the cooling effect which I was most looking forward to. I sleep with a light sheet on my pillow case so I’m not sure where I was going wrong. I do love that it’s washable, that’s a must. I am a side and back sleeper and I’ve been comfortable in both positions. I’m rating this a 4 only because I was hoping for more of the cooling effect, otherwise a great pillow.

The pillows don’t feel like regular pillows. They are somewhat lumpy, and had a really weird, chemical smell to them. I had to air them out for a few days in order to feel comfortable sleeping with them. Once I used, I slept great, they held up great and are very comfortable. Didn’t notice them to be extra cooling.

I kove how washable these pillows are! When I received them I followed the washing instructions which allow you to throw them into your standard machine on low. I have slept on them for two nights now to give them a fair chance. They are soft and dont overheat. I dont feel much of a cooling effect, but they dont get hot ao thats a plus. Im not sure how well theyll hold up over time though and I cant say they're the best Ive ever had, but they do the job.
