I have used this product for a week and it is as advertised. Definitely a cool feeling upon laying your head on the pillow. As time goes on that feeling goes away but I have never felt hot while using. I would rate 3.5 stars because nothing really sets the pillow apart for me. I am a side sleeper and it is a little too thick for my preference but it does not cause any discomfort. It has taken me some time to adjust as I still haven’t fallen asleep quickly since using but that can not necessarily be the pillow’s fault. Overall it performs as it is described on the package and I have no complaints.

I've got to tell you, the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows have been an absolute dream for my sleep! They're like a personal oasis for my head and neck. The memory foam clusters make them super comfy and supportive, and the cooling gel is a game-changer for hot sleepers like me. I've had these pillows for a while now, and they've stayed in fantastic shape. Even my cat loves how soft and cooling they are and has taken one of them. Couldn’t recommend this more for hot sleepers and someone looking for true comfort. Seriously, if you're looking to upgrade your sleep, these pillows are a must-have!

I used this pillow for absolutely everything! From studying, to lounging and the most important SLEEP! I can not rave enough on this amazing pillow set. It is so thick and hasn’t compressed like most pillow set you get. After days of just about continuous day and night use, they’re still fluffy thick and soft. I couldn’t live without these pillows. These are the million dollar pillows from a hotel comfort you need to have in your life.

I thoroughly like the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cooling pillows but not for the cooling feature. I typically toss and turn at night and blamed it on my mattress. Since switching to this pillow I can attest to experiencing deep sleep without the tossing and turning. The pillow doesn’t feel cool to the touch like a typical cooling pillow but it breathes allowing for heat to flow away from your body.

The pillows needed to air out from the box before we were able to use them. These were too soft for my husband’s liking. Our child loved this pillow. It doesn’t stay cool but the soft to firm ratio was perfect. I enjoyed the balance of the soft to firm as well.

Shipping was fast. I received two gel memory foam pillows. There were several pamphlets inside that told you about the pillows, how to wash/care for them, and what’s actually inside the pillows. After washing the pillows(smell of warehouse) I placed them on my bed. They are full and not too firm. I use them at night. they’re huggable pillows which have added more comfort for me while sleeping. The pillows are nice and soft. The only down side to me is the pillows not being more firm (my preference) and coming in king size. I probably would not have purchased outside of Sam’s Club

I'm giving one star because I ordered the cooling gel memory foam pillows..2 pkgs of 2..and I got regular Serta regular ol cheap pillows. One pkg was xmas gift so I needed to give, not return. The other for a relative so didn't bother returning. But overalk was a little embarrassing.

I waited to write this before I slept on it for a week so I could be accurate as possible. The reason it gets 3 stars off the bat is because it is called “cooling” and definitely felt hot to sleep on. I’ve also been trying to go more natural with products I use, especially ones I spend so many hours sleeping on. Seeing it’s made of polyurethane foam and the smell that came out of it when I opened it was an instant turn off. I let it air out for 2 days before attempting to sleep on it. The smell did dissipate and the outside cover is cotton based I believe, but just knowing I was sleeping inhaling chemicals made me decide not to use them any longer. All that said, if you don’t care too much about what it’s made of, it is a very comfortable pillow that bounces back to its shape very easily. If anything I’ll use these to fill the decorative pillow cases that I take off my bed at night.

It's super helpful that these come in a two pack. The pillows are a little flat, but overall comfortable and I found that having two of them helped find the right positioning. The cooling effect is definitely helpful. Even with jersey sheets, they didn't get stuffy. I do wish these came in king size as well!
