These pillows are perfect! They are thick, but squish down to the right size when they're being used! I wish they were a little wider, but I'm sure they're just standard pillow sized. I appreciate the cooling feature. I didn’t notice that the pillows "cooled," but they also didn’t make me feel hot like most other pillows!

These pillows are great they do stay cool but they hold their shape perfectly. They're not too soft and not too hard, which is perfect for my sleeping preferences. The price is the reason I bought them you can't beat $12 for two quality pillows, after I got home and used them we went online and purchased two more sets of two and replaced all our pillows.

I used the product for about a month. I enjoyed that it was very soft and was slightly cool. Butvi did feel that the cooling quickly faded and ended up having to flip it over a couple of time throughout the night. Having the 2 pillows was nice as I enjoy sleeping with multiple pillows. Im not sure if I would them going forward.

The pillow is very comfortable, it is firm but not in the way that hurts, I prefer my pillows less firm (I would say this is medium firmness tho) . I did not notice the cooking feature however, it didn’t feel cooler than my other pillows, perhaps it’s the pillow case. I love that the memory foam gel contours to the body which makes it more comfortable than other pillows it also holds shape very well, as soon as I get up to do my bed it’s back to shape no need to fluff .

This is such an awesome pillow! One of my favorite perks is that it is machine washable. Having family members that drool, machine washable is a must! The pillow itself AND the cover are machine washable. I gave it 4 stars because of an odd smell when I first put my head on the pillow. The smell has now faded over time. The pillow forms to your head and becomes so comfortable, it must be all the mini-micro cushions inside the pillow. It never flattens throughout the night. Say goodbye to pillow fluffing!

I love this pillow. It is just so smooth that it makes you feeel like you are sleeping in the cloud. I will love if we get it in smaller size for couch pillows. I will recommend this to everybody....My husband also loved it he just pushed all the pillows on our bed away.

I received the Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows a few days ago and immediately put them on my bed. The pillows are wrapped in a soft fabric that is removable for easy cleaning. My husband and I have slept on them for a couple of nights and we both agree that the pillows are comfortable and hold their shape well. They are supposed to be cooling pillows but since we have had a few cooler nights, we haven't gotten to experience the cooling factor yet.

The pillow is made with memory foam so you have to like the way it feels. The foam has held its shape well and not flatten out. I can’t say it cooling because I’m usually hot all night and didn’t feel a difference. The foam pillow did not fit the lining so there is excess material on the sides, maybe in case it flattens out later. So far my favorite pillow at night.

I recently tried the Serta cooling gel pillow, and I have to say, it's just okay. The cooling effect didn't seem as noticeable as I had hoped. The memory foam is comfortable, but I expected better neck support. It lost its shape after a couple nights and didn't bounce back as well as I would have liked. One of the best features is that it's hypoallergenic, which is great for those with allergies. It's not terrible, quality is fine and I do like it and will continue to use it but I'm not overly impressed with it either!

Fantastic Product! Great neck support! Soft and firm at the same time! I was worried at first when i opened the product because it had a smell to it but nothing that airing it out for a bit wont fix! Over all great product!! Dont sleep on it… well do.. but get them now! ;)
