I have used my Serta gel memory foam pillows about 5 nights now. I do notice that I have to fluff the one for my head a few times to get the memory foam distributed how I like. The foam seems to migrate towards the head of my bed instead of staying evenly distributed around my neck/face. I haven't gotten a sore neck, but I prefer not to fluff my pillow during the night. I don't notice any smell with the pillow, and I like how the cover is washable. I find the pillow to be more firm.

I like how easy it is to wash these pillows; they fit in the washing machine no problem and dry quickly. The down side, for me, was how lumpy the pillow is because of the filling is large clumps. I have not noticed the cooling factor like others pillows. However I do like how well the pillow holds its shape while I am sleeping.

Slept with these pillows for almost 2 weeks and while they are really really comfortable, they arent necessarily anything more comfortable than a generic pillow...im hopeful that the Serta name will have these standing the test of time, but otherwise theyre about the same as any other pillow.

This pillow has a nice plushy feeling to it. You can definitely tell just by looking at it that it is comprised of memory foam. My personal preference is more of a firmer pillow, which with the versatility of a memory foam you could adjust the stuffing to make it more or less firmer to your liking, which is nice.

I use these pillows in my bed room they’re soft to the touch with a slight firmness. They’re very comfortable. My only dislike about this product is the smell. It’s has a slight chemical smell to them. They smell did go away after a few days. Other than that they makes a great addition to your bed as fill in pillows.

I really wanted to like this pillow, but it was just too lumpy. It’s a foam shredded filled pillow. Which probably makes the cooling action, but I couldn’t even finish one night with it. Likely I’ll give it another chance, but I do like that it is in a zipper case.

Love Love Love this pillow. My husband and I tried this Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows and had the best night sleep! Stays fluffy all night long, feels cool on a hot night, and cradles the head just right. This pillow far exceeds any pricey pillow. My husband is a hard one to please in the pillow department and he has had no complaints since we switched to these pillows. We have been using them for over a week now.

These pillows are quite comfortable. They are filled with a foam material that keeps the head and neck supporter without allowing sinkage or going flat. The pillows are not too soft or too firm. They are a really supportive medium. The only complaint I have with these pillows is the cooling effect. While I think these are great pillows I do not really feel the cooling effect from them. I tried them with and without a pillow case and there really was no difference. I am not a hot sleeper so these pillows are great for me.

Super comfy pillow. It states cooling good for summer or if you are hot when you sleep. The best feature for me is completely machine washable. My 4 year old son stole the other pillow in the twin pack and says he loves it. Especially for 4 year olds need to be machine washable

I am a back sleeper and these pillows have been great for me. They aren’t overly fluffy to where they strain my neck. The pillows also maintain their thickness when you lay on them instead of flattening. They are soft to where I think they would support any sleeping position. It’s a little early to know how they will hold up over time, but for now I am very satisfied.
