I didnt like the pillows as much as I thought I would. I was excited to try them out since the pillows are cooling gel memory foam, but they just seemed like any cheap pillows. I came to think that I may have received the incorrect pillows. I dislike how they are not more firm and how your head sinks all the way down to the pillow.

I have been wanting a cooling pillow for some time now. This cooling pillow is fantastic. When I opened the box and unbagged the pillows, they did not have that weird scent that memory foam typically has. I slept on it the first night I had it and since then I haven’t gone back. It truly cools you as sleep. My husband is using the second one and he’s hooked too. We will likely purchase more for our guest bedroom.

I usually wake up with wet hair from sweating at night. Since I bought this pillow I haven't woken up with wet hair once! I like the height of this pillow( I'm a side sleeper) but if it feels too high sometimes just give it a punch and it's perfect again!

As someone who struggles getting in just the "right" position to sleep, these pillows have been God sent. They are so comfortable, you can feel the gel but its subtle enough that you forget about it. I'm a very hot sleeper also, so the fact that they don't get hot is awesome! I've been able to fall asleep so quickly, and I stopped waking up with neck pain. These pillows are the best!

Pillow was extremely comfy! I tend to sleep hot and wake up with my hair sweaty, but this pillow truly helped. My husband used the 2nd one and he loved it too! After having used it a couple days, I’ve noticed I’ve woken up feeling more refreshed. Will definitely order again!

Overall the pillow is nice. I felt the pillow had a chemical smell so it needed to air out for a few days. I personally prefer thin firm pillows. This pillow is firm but a little thicker than I am used to. Lastly, I didn’t notice a real cooling factor but I probably one of the better cooling pillows I have tried. I plan to continue to use and allow time to adjust.

I am a side sleeper only. I have had many issues finding a pillow that is the perfect height for my mattress and pillow combination. This specific gel memory foam was a perfect fit for what I needed. Some memory foam pillows feel like a block but this one has a lot more give which is nice. It is actually very comfortable and I didn’t notice getting any extra heat from the make of the pillow.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow is a MUST for a good nights sleep! I received my 2 pack almost a week ago and I've been loving them ever since. The pillows have just the right combination of softness, firmness, and contouring. I usually toss between sleeping on my back or side and this pillow fits my needs in either position. It really keeps me cool at night and I have noticed that I'm falling asleep quicker and not tossing AT ALL throughout the night! I recommend this pillow to anyone as this pillow makes sleep truly a dream.

I like that the pullow was not to firm and not too soft, also that it didnt go down flat after a week of using it had good bounce and fluffed back up in the morning, it gave my neck good support and formed to my head somewhat. I used it at night and it did give me a little better sleep the 3rd night on once I got used to it and it started to form. It worked good for side sleeping. I didn't like the initial smell which made me take longer to fall asleep for the first 2 nights but then it went away. Didnt like laying on my back as much with the pillow made my neck feel a little to propped up. Overall great pillow would recommend.
