I really liked the idea of a cooling pillow, but I wouldn't say this pillow is any colder than and of the other pillows I've had in the past. However it is pretty comfy. It's very fluffy but not too soft. I have woken up without a sore neck, so that's a plus! I gave it 3 stars because it has a weird chemical foam smell that hasn't gone away over 2 weeks. I cleaned it the best I could, but I can still smell the foam smell through 2 pillow cases. If it weren't for the smell, I would have given it 4 stars. It's a good pillow, but I wouldn't buy it if I was looking for a "cooling" pillow.

Nice and soft but not flat! It is not firm, but it feels like memory foam. Purchased a few for our house 18 months ago. Oldest son took one back to college after Christmas break and asked we buy him more. Our youngest son asked last month if we could buy him some, after using one from the guest bedroom. Affordable and nice. Sometimes hard to find. Used to be in the store all the time and sometimes has low inventory online.

I absolutely love this pillow set! It is plush, but not so thick that it will hurt your neck. The cooling feature is definitely a plus! I usually get hot at night, but sleeping on this pillow keeps my head cooler. I slept so well when using this pillow compared to the other pillows that I have on my bed. And Serta is such a great brand! I would definitely recommend this pillow!

When you purchase a MEMORY FOAM pillow you are expecting a pillow made form a single piece of memory foam, not made from countless small pieces (left-over cut-offs) of the foam. It did not mention this fact anywhere in the ad. Added to that, is the fact that, so-far, it has taken a week to get rid of the chemical smell they had - a smell still not fully gone.

This pillow sleeps cooler than I would’ve expected. The protective layer on the case is pretty thick in comparison to other pillows, which is nice for the hypoallergenic factor. It is a bit ‘lumpy’ from the chunks of foam which makes the pillow itself high loft. It is comfortable if you need more support, after sleeping with it a few days I do see the pillow becoming a little more softer. The pillows themselves seem to be of much higher quality than you would get at another store for much more price difference for one pillow.

We have used these pillows for years now. They are great for our airbnbs as they are cheap but great for keeping fluffy and full. We interchange them frequently so the price is just perfect. Also use them for my kids & home guest bedroom. I have to have a very firm special pillow for my neck so these don’t work, and my husband is picky on his pillow being full down. But all my guests have never complained.

Really comfy two pack of pillows. I have purchased these pillows three times for different beds, different members of our family and we love them! They have the perfect amount of density, not too soft, not too firm. They seem to mold perfectly to your head. They have a bit of weightiness to them so they don't move around too easily or slip out from under your head. Additionally, they have a zipper opening so if you want a larger/smaller amount of stuffing, you can open them up and modify to your liking. My husband prefers it just like it is, but I made a couple of ours be extra full (made two 1.5 pillows from 3 pillows).

Very fast shipping, came in a sturdy box. The pillows are great. Left them in the open for 24 hours to get rid of the slight new foam smell, went away after that. Sleeps cool, medium firm and overall a great sleeping experience. Have had them for a week now. The double layers with individual zippers and the small pieces of foam make it a new and nice way of building pillows.

I had high hopes for this pillow. The first night it was so comfy and my neck did not hurt. As time went on the memory foam separates and if you dont fluff it before each sleep the pillow becomes almost nonexistent. I guess it's what you'd expect for a cheap pillow but with serta brand I expected more. Not sure the cooling is any more than any other pillow..

We were in need of new pillows and these are a great replacement. I toss on my sleep and this pillow worked for me all night. It is the perfect density. I slept with my arm under it and it didn't mess with the angle if my neck. My boyfriend is a back sleeper with neck and back problems and slept great with the pillow.
