My husband and I both tested out the pillows. When it comes to sleeping I am way more particular when it comes to which pillows I use. So where my husband says the pillow was comfy, I am able to provide a more detailed review for those who may be as particular as myself. With old pillows I struggled to find a pillow that wasn't too soft I was swallowed into the pillow but not to firm that it didn't budge. I also frequently woke up and had to flip my pillow because I was too hot. This pillow from the first time i layed my head down, I instantly found its cooling effects calming and it was the right balance of being soft but firm! We have both used the pillows for a week and love how the cooling affects last all night without flipping the pillows at all. I find these pillows to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I would highly recommend these pillows to anyone who frequently walks up hot and flips the pillow!

The first night sleeping on the pillow it was comfortable, but it became flat right away. The next night in the middle of the night my body ached so I had to switch back to an old pillow. I also never really experienced the cooling affect of this pillow.

This pillow is very comfortable. Gave one to my son and he loves it. It does a good job staying cool and poofs right back up. The only thing that is keeping me from rating it 5 stars is that it is not as firm to my liking. It is more of a personal preference that I like more firm pillows but does not discount the overall quality.

I tried so hard to love this pillow, I really did. I gave it about two weeks to grow on me and unfortunately it never did. It’s too soft for me and flattens under my head pretty quickly while the sides stay fluffy and it’s almost a little claustrophobic. The other issue I have is it gets really hot. I’ve seen pillows advertised as cooling before and thought it was nonsense because I’ve never felt a hot pillow but I certainly have now. My hunt for the perfect pillow continues.

My kids use these pillows on their beds and love them. The pillows are just right - not too firm and not too soft. Just the right firmness. They have used several different pillows and these are their favorite. The pillows are also cooling which is a huge plus.

BEWARE! My pillows came in semi opened bag not with the big label like is shown...and pillows are not what I expected. They are heavy and not cooling at all, I had bought a pillow years back that I loved so much and unfortunately I left at an airbnb. So I thought maybe this pillow would do but no...I hate that its not cooling. Ugh, I'm mad at myself for ordering them.

Pillow is very flat, not enough filling. When first purchased I thought this would be a very fluffy pillow, but once you lay on it, it compresses too flat. I will take the second pillow stuffing and add to the first and see if that helps. Very disappointed in this pillow.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow is a MUST for a good nights sleep! I received my 2 pack almost a week ago and I've been loving them ever since.
