I was so excited to use these pillows. They are comfy, but could definitely be more comfy. I like pillows that are very fluffy. This wasn’t them. I couldn’t tell a difference in the cooling affect. My husband, on the other hand, LOVED them.

I love this pillow. It is thick and luxurious and doesn't go flat on me. I was a bit surprised the first time I picked it up as it is a bit heavier than my other pillows but I really do like it.

These Serta cooling pillows are comfortable and cooling. No more over hearing while sleeping and they are just the right thickness for sleeping. They do not go flat easily and have kept their shape. Easy to wash and care for!

I have tried this pillow out for about a week now. It is too full for my liking. My husband however likes it, but he needs a pillow that is more full and firm. It is nice that it has a zip off cover that can easily be washed.

I was hesitant to buy these pillows because I get sick of buying them and then they just don’t work out. However I am so glad I bought these. For once I actually found a pillow I like! For a reasonable price as well.

Can’t say I notice cooling after about 5 minutes of use. They go very flat, so expect to use 2 at a time or like a minimal lift. For the price I guess I shouldn’t have expected them to live up to the hype they make.

Pillows were supersoft and comfortable slept really well. They kept cool throughout the night didn't make me sweat. Awesome pillows thinking of buying a couple more for the family. Memory foam a plus.

I’ve purchased these in the past and they were great. Now they’ve changed the quality taking the cheaper route but the price has stayed the same or has increased. Would not recommend.

Sadly, I need to find the time to return these pillows. They do have enough cool properties, they flatten out while sleeping on them. I would not recommend this product.
