This is a solid pillow that stays cool to touch all night and keeps its shape. It’s firm and has a bit of weight to it but as someone who needs 3 pillows to sleep, this pillow was great. It can take a little getting used to as I went from cotton pillows to something as nice as this. I would recommend going to the store to physically test before purchasing as everyone has different preferences. Overall, this pillow has helped me to relieve some neck pain, and improved my sleep.

I really wanted to love these pillow have been sleeping on them for over a week, but they just aren’t for me. First of all, they are made up of lots of tiny pieces of memory foam, which while that does help the pillow keep its form, makes the texture slightly lumpy. The pillow does not feel “cool” at all, it is the same temperature as all other pillows I have slept on. It is also a bit on the thick side, make it too high for my neck. It is in a nice zippered case, make it easy to clean. Overall, pillows are super hard to find the perfect one and for me this one is not it.

This pillow is just OK. It is made up of chunks of foam, which I am not a fan of. I have been sleeping on this pillow for about two weeks, and it has held its shape. I don’t feel any cooling qualities, but I do have a pillowcase on the pillow. Maybe if you don’t use a pillowcase you might get the cooling effect? For the price, I recommend the pillows. I have gotten good sleep on them, I just prefer non-chunky pillows.

These gel memory foam pillows exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. We both have tried many different pillows and are never impressed by them. The first night we tried them we both woke and told the other the new pillows were great. I am a stomach sleeper and noticed that I didn't feel like I had to keep my arms around my pillow so as to make it keep it's shape. My husband, every which way sleeper, told me he felt like it never went flat on him.

I waited to write this before I slept on it for a week so I could be accurate as possible. The reason it gets 3 stars off the bat is because it is called “cooling” and definitely felt hot to sleep on. I’ve also been trying to go more natural with products I use, especially ones I spend so many hours sleeping on. Seeing it’s made of polyurethane foam and the smell that came out of it when I opened it was an instant turn off. I let it air out for 2 days before attempting to sleep on it. The smell did dissipate and the outside cover is cotton based I believe, but just knowing I was sleeping inhaling chemicals made me decide not to use them any longer. All that said, if you don’t care too much about what it’s made of, it is a very comfortable pillow that bounces back to its shape very easily. If anything I’ll use these to fill the decorative pillow cases that I take off my bed at night.

The Serta cooling gel memory foam pillow is a new addition to the pillows on our bed. My husband and I have both used it and have both loved the coolness, and the fluffiness/plumpness of the pillow. It contours to your head/neck nicely and offers the user good sleep - no matter if it’s for a short nap or a peaceful nights sleep! I used the pillow to take a nap with my kid and even though he had me sleeping on the edge of the bed in the most awkward position the pillow made it so that I was able to actually fall asleep. It was very cozy and supported my neck - I didn’t wake with a kink! Highly recommend! Honestly, we love this pillow and will likely switch out our other pillows and make them all Serta cooling gel memory foam!

I am a back sleeper and I have the hardest time finding good pillows. Ive tried probably 5 different pillows in the last year. So far these are the BEST! They stay cool as described AND I havent had a problem with them going flat. I like thick pillows and the memory foam center in these is fantastic! Definitely recommend!

The inside of these pillows are similar to the “my pillow”, which is like pieces of stuffing. It’s soft and a good lounging pillow, but the stuffing separates when you lay on it too long. I woke up multiple times throughout the night and had to fluff it up. I do prefer a more firm pillow than this.

I used this pillow at home daily. I like the firmness of the pillow and the way it shaped around my neck and head. When shapo g around the neck it doesn't get hot. There is a slight smell to the pillow at first. I am really hoping it comes in a king size because that what I am use to using.

This pillow sleeps cooler than I would’ve expected. The protective layer on the case is pretty thick in comparison to other pillows, which is nice for the hypoallergenic factor. It is a bit ‘lumpy’ from the chunks of foam which makes the pillow itself high loft. It is comfortable if you need more support, after sleeping with it a few days I do see the pillow becoming a little more softer. The pillows themselves seem to be of much higher quality than you would get at another store for much more price difference for one pillow.
