Foam is NOT a good quality. My neck hurts in the morning. It was not a good choise of buying it. I would like to return it but I don't have the original bag.

These Serta cooling pillows are comfortable and cooling. No more over hearing while sleeping and they are just the right thickness for sleeping. They do not go flat easily and have kept their shape. Easy to wash and care for!

Worst pillow ever. In four days it was already flat. Thankfully I kept my old pillows and these will be going on the bed in the spare bedroom. I would not recommend these pillows.

They do cool, but I've had them airing out for a couple weeks and they still have a funky smell. They are also a bit lumpy. But definitely an acceptable pillow for the price.

My husband and I tried these pillows in our bedroom. We have to fluff them every night because they go flat so quickly. We were not a fan because they provided no neck support. Tey did fluff up nice initially.

I have tried this pillow out for about a week now. It is too full for my liking. My husband however likes it, but he needs a pillow that is more full and firm. It is nice that it has a zip off cover that can easily be washed.

Overall these are great pillows at a great price. They really do offer a cooling effect. They are a little bit stiff for my liking, but they are great for back support while I watch tv in my bed. My kid really loves to sleep on these!

Pillow are soft, support my neck need, and cooling like they promised after 8 hours long sleep on them. price is on budget. I wish they have make long pillow for side sleep person to support leg and my arm need.

I’ve been using it for a week and am used to the pillow now. At first it was too thick but now it has leveled out some to fit my head and neck nicely. I’ve enjoyed it very much and love it can be washed. Also can unzip to remove stuffing if needed.

I received a pair of standard size satin pillowcases as a gift and these pillows fit great. Very cool to rest your head on. The first two times I used them, seemed like a chemical smell. I would recommend to air out a couple of days.
