Received my pillows and they are comfortable! I usually have a hard time finding support that isn't too bulky, and not too soft. This is just perfect as far as supporting my head and neck. The pillows are filled with this chopped up foam looking stuff and I was worried it wouldnt be comfortable, but they were very comfortable and I can't feel the foam pieces through the pillow. I didn't notice any cooling effects of the pillows, but they are still super nice to me!

I have used this pillow for about a week now. I think it's very comfortable, definitely an upgrade from my regular pillow! It's squishy but not so much that it flattens out during the night, it stays nice and fluffy. However, I could only rate it 4 stars because it's advertised as a cooling pillow and it definitely does not cool at all. If anything I would say it retains heat which is perfectly fine for cooler nights but someone looking for a cooling pillow should try another option. If you're looking for a comfortable memory foam pillow I would highly recommend it but not for any cooling aspect.

The pillows have been great so far. Firm enough for support, but soft enough to allow your head to sink in. I wouldn't say they are cooling pillows, but they don't make me hot as most memory foam does. They are smaller than a normal queen size pillow, and I would consider that the only downside.

I know you may be thinking, all pillows are the same, but no. The items arrived packaged in a set of 2-pillows. At first pillows may seem or feel rough, this is because they need to be used (broken in). I was hesitant at first, because I thought they would be rough, that was my first mistake, I have been using my pillows for 5 days now. Not only are they malleable, but they are very comfortable. I have been sleeping and have had no neck pain. Not to mention that they are firm and hold to their name. If you are thinking of replacing your current pillows, give it a try, you can sleep on it!

This pillow has stiff competition, I typically use a sleep number pillow with a cooling case because I sleep hot typically. I tried this pillow out for a few nights as did my daughter. This pillow is now being used by her because it was a two pack, she much prefers this pillow over her old one. I still prefer my sleep number pillow, however this Serta gel memory foam is a close 2nd and priced 1/10th of the cost. It has the typical gel memory foam smell that will dissipate in a few days.

This pillow is medium thickness and has a soft cover that could almost be used without another pillowcase. It does not have the typical memory foam "feel" but rather like it's full of many small pieces of memory foam. I am a warm sleeper and a prime candidate for cooling technology. I do not think this pillow does anything to keep you cool. It does feel like good quality.

I have to say, this pillow is actually not bad! But it takes a little time adjusting to it (like most pillows I guess). The first night, the pillow seemed pretty darn flat. As you can see in the picture, it's made from what seems like shredded memory foam. I felt like I was adjusting the pillow constantly trying to get comfortable, and it just wasn't getting comfy. But after the first night, the pillow seemed to conform to me and my sleep style and each night it seemed to get better - until like day 5 when it plateaued. It was not as firm as I normally like pillows, but I also like pillows extra firm. I can't say that the pillow was "cooling" like advertised, but it also didn't make me incredibly hot. Overall, I would say the pillow was alright. Nothing to get excited about, but it can be a good pillow if you don't need the extra firmness.

I used the Serta Gel Memory Foam Pillows for the last 2 weeks. I love the firmness of the pillows and the way they don't loose their shape. They mold to your head perfectly. I also loved how cool they stay throughout the night and prevent you from heating or sweating. One thing I dislike was the first couple days they have a distinct smell from the packaging or maybe could have been from the manufacturer or materials used. But the smell does go away after a few days. I will definitely continue to use these pillows.

We love these pillows! My husband, who is seriously picky about pillows, says this is his favorite so far! The quality is great. They are white in color and super soft. They are cooling pillows which is nice since I’m a hot sleeper. These pillows offer plenty of support throughout the night and haven’t lost shape yet. Overall really satisfied with the product.

The Serta cooling memory foam pillow is a good pillow. I have used it for the past 5 days. I gave the pillow a 4 our of 5 stars for one reason. On the first night I tried the pillow it had a strong smell. I set it aside for that first night and let it air and the smell was gone. I have had 4 excellent nights of sleep useing these pillows. They are soft and firm at the same time. I can't really say they were cooling but they never got hot. I have not had to flip this pillow in the middle of the night to find a cool side. The pillow was just the right temperature for me to sleep stright through the night.
