This pillow is very comfortable and it keeps its shape very well. These pillows come with zippered pillow cases that you wash with the pillow which I love. No sweating at my head or neck even though I'm bundled up to my chin. The packaging came with instructions to wash the pillows also which was definitely a plus. I will definitely be getting another set to replace more pillows.

I loved that these pillows came in a two pack. Two pillows is always better than one! Haha. I was very worried at first, I’m a side sleeper and generally like a pillow that’s not so fluffy. Even though this pillow is definitely taller than the pillow I had been using, the memory foam really conforms to what you need. Unfortunately my husband struggled with this pillow but he also has a bulged disc in his neck so he generally has to lay flat without any pillow at all. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to two things. 1. Being that it says it’s a cooling pillow, but I definitely had some nights where it felt a smidge warm, but not too bad. 2. Is that even though it does conform, if you roll over/change positions you have to give it a second to do it’s thing again, otherwise you may have a kinked neck for a bit. Overall, the pillows are very nice. Especially if you are someone who loves a fluffy pillow. I will add I washed them before using them and they maintained their shape beautifully.

Comfy to rest on. The pillow is made up of many small pieces of memory foam, instead of a large block style, which allows you to really fluff and mold it into any comfortable shape you desire. I can’t say I noticed any ‘cooling effect’, it really just felt like it maintained my body temperature. Overall, I slept well with it.

It's pretty thick, and if it's the pillow I ordered I'd be surprised. Nothing said "cooling gel memory foam" on its packaging. I plan to call the 1800 number on the packaging. It's great for reading in bed, though. But it's too big for me to sleep on.

These Serta pillows come in a set of two. They are made of cooling gel memory foam micro-cushions which you can actually feel the cooling effect while laying on them. They are a bit lumpy since the foam is in clusters and not one large piece of gel foam. I prefer solid foam pillows but these pillows are a great price only being $12.98 for the set and would be perfect for guest bedrooms. The cover is also machine washable so that’s a plus. My husband loves the pillows and is already using them.

Very good pillow. We used for about a week and they were very comfortable. You can fully remove the outer layer for washing which I love. Even using a pillow protector you should wash them. It did keep us cooler while sleeping and my son preferred this pillow to the others on his bed. The only down was they definitely needed to sit after coming out of the box lol. It doesn't take long though so will definitely buy again.

This pillow is full of shredded memory foam, I have never used a pillow like that before but thought it would be worth giving it a shot. I like a thick pillow that keeps its shape and so far this one seems to do that. Im a side sleeper and it works well for me. The only negative so far is that the foam does have a slight smell to it, hoping with time that goes away.

Overall impressed by this pillow. The filling seems overstuffed at first but your head settles in for a comfortable sleeping position. Great pillow for side and back sleepers! High quality materials used to create a supportive but comfortable pillow. Also very easy to put into a pillow case for easy bed making!

Used the Serta Cooling gel memory foam pillow the night they arrived, and every night since. I am a hot sleeper and they helped keep me cool throughout the night. I did not wake up as often to flip to the "cool" side of the pillow to go back to sleep.

I’m a very sweaty sleeper and will wake up numerous times throughout the night from being too hot. During those times I’m waking up I usually flip my pillow over to the “cooler” side. For the past few days I have not had to flip my pillow because the cooling affect worked all night. The pillow is undeniably comfortable but it also kept me cool during my night sweats.
