These were not cooling whatsoever! Also feels like a used pillow since it's shredded bits of foam. Terrible. You get what you pay for for sure

Very heavy and hard. I would wake up nightly with neck and upper back pain. I really tried to love them, but after a month of trying I gave up.

I don’t believe these are actual Serta pillows. They came in a random plastic bag with 3 pieces of Serta papers in the box.

This is a good pillow especially if your in a fix. This is actually more sturdy than the Firm pillow this same brand offers.

Pillows do not hold shape. I’ve had them for about 2 months and they clump up becoming a completely different shape and are uncomfortable.

I am very picky! I don't like to soft or hard and I hate a crinkle sound in my ear. These pillows are perfect!

There is no "give" to this pillow. You lay down on a hard flat pillow and wake up on a hard flat pillow.

This pillow has helped with my neck sweating at night!!!! Gotta have it. However do have to purchase frequently as pillow does get flat very fast.

Wish I read the other reviews before purchasing, because the comments regarding the chemical smell are very true.

There pillows are hard and dense. Had to return them. Do not recommend, unless you like very stiff high pillows - perhaps for back support
