Very wimpy pillow

This pillow was lumpy. It felt like an old pillow that was washed the wrong way too many times and the filling clumps together. Whomever decided it was a good idea to chop up foam for stuffing wad wrong. Aside from that, it was not really cooling. I initiated a return on it.

This pillow is very odd. I think the reviews posted are not all reviewing the pillow that I purchased. The name of the pillow that purchased is Serta cooling gel foam cluster pillow. The name says it all. It’s clusters of gel foam. Imaging cutting up your bed’s foam topper and putting inside a pillow case. That’s what this pillow fells like. I just took it out the box and thought it was a joke. I can imagine the clusters will ball up because they are loose clusters. This is not a solid piece of memory foam, like other pillows.

Bought these 2 weeks ago. Smell out of package was terrible. I unzipped the 2 cases for air flow, after days they were still to smelly to use for sleep. It has been a full 2 weeks of airing out and still unusable. I called the 888 number, he said smell should have been better after 1 week and to return product to store.

I bought a gel cooling pillow from Sam's several years ago and loved it. I went looking for the same pillow and was disappointed to see they no longer had it in stock. I chose these for the price and name brand and the cooling feature and I was completely disappointed. It's not a solid insert and it doesn't hold its shape at all. I can only speak for the one I'm using, I gifted the other to my son and I think he's only using it as a guest pillow.

Just trash them instead of washing. I followed the directions precisely. I had to take them to the tub and squeeze the water out because my washing machine couldn't spin them, too much water retained. Finally, I got them spun. I'm thinking great..... But no, they fell apart in the dryer. Gel pieces everywhere. My lint trap is full of them along with tiny, dissolving pieces . Terrible product if you plan to wash them.

No memory foam about it. It's flat and not cooling.

These are neither cooling or memory foam pillows.

Not smooth. Very lumpy. Price dropped 2 days after I purchased a set.

Way too soft for me, i thought they were gonna be more firm
