I started with two for myself, and now I've gotten them for my whole family. The support is typical of what you'd get from a good memory foam -- it holds its shape well but compresses perfectly to shape to your head and shoulders. It's very comfortable. Both sides remain cool, and it is the most comfortable sleep I've had in a very long time.

They are comfy and have fluff to them but not so much that it keeps your head pushed forward all night. They really do keep cool all night long. I don't have to flip them in the middle of the night and I LOVE it.

I normally don't go for pillows that are filled with material other than cotton but these are extremely nice. You can even pop these in the dryer and they instantly come back to life as if they are brand new. I also love that it's suitable for all sleep positions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great! It's firm but, not hard it's really squishy! The fabric feels soft, I didn't really feel “ cooler” but it is super comfy. I love that it's machine washable! Just toss it in the wash on cold and dry for 2 hours easy peasy!

The gel memory foam is so comfortable but sturdy at the same time. I'd say these pillows reduced my back pain by at least 40% within the first use.

I have never known you can wash pillows. I plan to keep this set for a long time. Serta is my favorite brand for all my bedding needs.

The pillows are nice and soft and the foam does a great job smushing down in just the right spots to form a great place to lay my head. I like that both the pillow and cover can be washed to keep them clean and fresh.

However, the Serta Cooling gel memory foam pillows are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Soft enough so I don't wake with a headache, but firm enough to give me the support that I need. Plus they keep my head nice and cool no matter the temperature. We have switched out our whole house for these pillows!
