[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having issues finding a good pillow, the last set i brought went flat in a couple of weeks so when i get this Serta Cluster pillows i did not have high hopes, well i was happily surprised with the quality! It's been a month and a half and my pillows are so fluffy but at the same time they hold my head nice. Im very happy with the quality.

The pillows have thankfully alleviated much of my chronic neck pain. Turns out the right pillow makes a huge difference. The cooling effect is subtle and feels wonderful. I generally sleep with two pillows anyway so this is prefect. I like the fact that they are cooling I can't stand a hot pillow!!! They are very comfortable to use and they do have a cooling affect to it which is great at night. They are the right firmness where they're not too soft and not completely hard so that they give you great support. I also like their easily washable cover.

I really like that shredded foam stuffing and it is even better that you can customize who full or flat you want the pillow since there is a zipper and you can remove the filling. It does a pretty good job staying cool too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta 2pk Cluster Pillows are a really nice pillow. I am pretty picky when it comes to my pillows. These have just the right amount of fluff and firmness to them. I found that my head and my shoulders really got an equal amount of support. I really like that these are filled with memory foam. The only downside to that is if you don't let them air out for a couple of days the pillows do have a little bit of a foam odor to them. While these did say they are a cooling pillow. I didn't really notice that at all. Maybe because I have a protector and a pillow case on.
