[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow worked well for me as a side sleeper. Initially, it did have its cooling effects as it advertised and I believe it did have "memory." The only downside I would say was that it also had a dense, heavy feeling that I was not a fan of.

These are different from other pillows I have used. They take a little getting used to. I find them a bit firm. My husband gives them 5 stars and says he is sleeping better than ever. I am still getting used to it, but I think it will be good once I find the right position. I do notice less neck pain in the mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happen to really like the Serta brand of pillows and all things bedding. The cooling cluster pillows (set of 2) is super comfortable to sleep on. It molds between my neck for a side sleeper, keeps me cool at night, and the size is perfect to move it around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is comfy, washable, and you can adjust the foam around to your comfort. I sleep every which way so I like being able to move the foam around. The cover is also removable for washing. If you are washing the pillow itself you are supposed to leave the pillow case on. If the pillow ever becomes flat, all you have to do is fluff it back up! If you prefer your pillow less fluffy you could permanently remove some of the foam. It is easy to do but would be messy and isn't suggested by the manufacturer. I highly recommend these though! I will be buying a couple more!

I love Serta products so I was excited to try these cooling gel memory foam pillows. They seem to be made really well. The first night sleeping on these pillows was great. The memory foam doesn't sink down in u der the weight of my head and neck. It really comformed to my head and neck. Cradling them nicely. I slept great all night. I also love that these pillows are cooling so my head and neck isn't all hot and sweaty. I'm thrilled with these pillows and the great support and the great night's sleep they have given me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta 2pk Cluster Pillows are a really nice pillow. I am pretty picky when it comes to my pillows. These have just the right amount of fluff and firmness to them. I found that my head and my shoulders really got an equal amount of support. I really like that these are filled with memory foam. The only downside to that is if you don't let them air out for a couple of days the pillows do have a little bit of a foam odor to them. While these did say they are a cooling pillow. I didn't really notice that at all. Maybe because I have a protector and a pillow case on.

The cover is surprisingly nice feeling (although we use pillow protectors and cases) for this price-point. I l like a very firm gel memory foam pillow and this is not that; he prefers a softer pillow and is a back sleeper so this works well for him. The two-pack is a good deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely obsessed with my new pillows! I definitely prefer my down-filled pillows over the typical memory foam pillows. However these Serta Cluster pillows are even better. I love how these pillows are moldable like down-filled pillows, but instead of the feathers, they are gel memory foam pieces filled. This is great as the pillows are breathable, but also supportive. The pillows are big and add to the luxury of sleeping on such soft, plump clouds. With my previous pillow, it irked me whenever I had to refluff my pillow back up after it flattened out and seeing the down feathers fly out in the process. These gel memory foam pillow fillings have so far stayed inside and I haven't had to worry about any escaping filling. The pillows are machine washable and dryer friendly. I didn't have any issues washing and drying them. I highly recommend this pillow for those that like moldable pillows where the filling conforms with your head, but not the stiffness that comes from a standard memory foam one. Even better, these pillows come in a pack of 2!

So far, this is the least hot pillow I've found. It doesn't seem to retain much heat; I still need to flip it occasionally, but it's not burning up with heat when I do, and I don't need to flip it AND then exchange it with a different pillow multiple times an hour. I haven't had to exchange this with another pillow; the occasional flip suffices. It doesn't stay actively cool, but it doesn't get beyond a bit warm for me, which is so much better than any other "cooling" pillow I've tried. It is firmer and more heavily stuffed than I prefer; I'm also not excited about the texture, although the texture of the stuffing doesn't actually bother me while I'm sleeping. I'm going to take some of the stuffing out of one of the pillows and see if that makes it more comfortable for me. That said, in spite of the firmness, thickness, and texture, I'm sleeping with this rather than my more comfortable pillows because they all retain significantly more heat, and it is really exciting to not have to wake up and mess with my pillow constantly throughout the night. I'm going to go back and get two more if they still have them.

While I find these pillows great to sleep on, I have yet to experience any cooling effect. I do think it is a nice comfy soft pillow that will bounce back each night. I have only had these for about a month so I can't speak to how long these will last but so far I am liking them. These are pretty soft so keep that in mind.
