[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had a hard time finding a pillow that works for me, but this one has been great. I'm more of a stomach sleeper and it is great for that, not as much for back sleeping. Definitely worth a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are absolutely excellent. They are so extremely soft and they feel like I'm sleeping on Cloud 9. They are not clumpy or hard. I have even washed them and dried them successfully without any issues and they are still absolutely perfect!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta 2pk Cluster Pillows are absolutely amazing pillows. They are well made. The seams are flawless. The gel memory foam is so comfortable but sturdy at the same time. I'd say these pillows reduced my back pain by at least 40% within the first use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved these about a week ago and I absolutely love them. They are made of a gel memory foam and are a little heavy. After sleeping on them for a couple days I feel like I am able to get to sleep faster and have helped with my neck and shoulder pain tremendously. I feel like these are the best pillows I ever slept on and seem to be high quality so they should last a good while. I highly recommend these pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and these pillows have been perfect for my neck. They aren't too firm, nor are they a pile of soft fluff either. They have a cooling feature as well, and I sleep hot usually so that's a nice feature for a pillow to have. Pretty impressed with this 2-pack.

Bought these today. Tried a one hour nap with a cotton pillowcase. Side Sleeper. My head sinks about half way down and then stops like I hit a piece of plywood. Interesting guts...It looks like that popcorn packing material except foam rubber and gel blended 50/50 in blue and white. Really wanted these to work for me but not comfortable at all.

Serta Pillows these pillow smell terrible I dont no what chemicals they have in them but I dont like the smell but after you lay on them for a while to smell seems to go away a little so far I still smell the chemicals a little but if they dont change the chemicals or smell no I want buy again that's whats keeping me from ordering again because they r ok for sleeping but I dont no about these pillows

Unfortunately, these pillows are not what I expected them to be. Much firmer than anticipated and though I can now sleep on my side and back, I need to pound out, flatten and fluff these pillows to conform to the shape and form I prefer. I am going to get other pillows and use these on the guest bed. There are other pillows out on the market that are true Memory foam. I would avoid the cluster and use a standard memory foam pillow instead.

Im not sure these are actually Serta pillows, there are no tags and they dont come in the bag shown in the photos. although i can sleep on them, they arent the cooling gel I was expecting when I ordered :( i guess when it sounds too good to be true it really is

So I currently have severe neck and shoulder problems. I am Male 5-10 185lbs. Out of the bag the pillows seem to be just what I like. It was even kool to the touch. I slept well the first night. It has a zippered removable cover so that you can launder it. I noticed when I was making the bed the next day, that the pillow seamed not as fluffy. I was able to quickly fluff them back up. I didn't notice if they were still kool to the touch. (maybe the morning chill was in the air.) Needless to say, it makes me wonder if the pillow will hold up over time. I will continue to use them. I have other pillows on order (much more expensive), so these will most likely be my pillows for my pillow shams. $10 for a pack of 2 is great value to me. Not 5 stars, only because they just don't give you that longevity feeling if you gotta fluff them up every morning. Maybe that is normal? You be the judge.
