I bought these twice.. and my husband who doesnt really care about pillows fights me for them( sort of speak. lol) I bought 2 for me and I had to buy 2 more for him.. I work at a factory and I'm constantly moving and when I come home to these, make my sleep comfy and I wake up ready to go again. I'm a side sleeper.. and I'm planning to buy 2 more to make my bed a pillow mess.. Lol

I didn't have neck problems until I bought this pillow. It is hard and does not conform to the curvature of the neck. I find myself mashing the pillow as I have to turn over. After a month, I slept using my old pillow, neck problems are gone. This pillow is garbage.

After I bought my first set of these pillows 6 years ago these are the only pillows I buy now. I can't sleep on any other pillows, even when I travel I always bring a few with me. I highly recommend them to any and everybody. I got my sister hooked on these as well. I hope Sam's brings them back soon because I don't look forward to playing $35 per set. Considering, I always buy 8 sets at a time.

Well, I was going to throw them away but Sam's Club takes returns for up to two years. So I returned them. These pillows are full of CHUNKS of foam. They will contort into a squished shape and STAY there. Not at all what "memory foam" is supposed to do, which is return to its original shape if left alone. The chunks form lumpy, awkward shapes and don't expand again unless you yank, pull, and shake the pillow apart.

Finally realized I needed to get a pillow for my position of sleep. I did extensive research. This pillow is considered a "Best Seller". It must be for the price. It's been 2 weeks outside "airing" and they still stink !!! It's a chemically kind of smell definitely coming from the foam. I haven't had a chance to even try them on my bed. Directions say not to wash or dry (foam probably melts). Anyway, not sure how others could tolerate the scent, but I couldn't.

First of all don"t ever buy "My Pillow" what a scam that is. Chunks of scrap foam that turned yellow in a week. So this Serta pillow set doesn't make my sleepy head hot at night. It has a new smell but most memory foam does, it goes away. I move around all night that's how I sleep but this keeps me in one spot longer because it is so comfortable. It shapes to your position an fluffs up when you change. The price is so super duper inexpensive for the great quality and sleep you will get. Buy them they are worth you trying them out. I bought another set and use my fat, hot bamboo pillows for decorative pillow shams. When I make my bed I fluff them all up because I like to do that. I always had to use 2 pillows and I am so impressed I only need one of these greatest on Earth memory foam pillows. Love Love Love! Buy it and try it, your gonna like the way you sleep!!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this, now I have to take them back. As soon as I opened the package there was a horrible chemical smell. I can't believe someone could sleep on this and smell that all night. Also the pillow is in a lot of small pieces not one piece of foam.

I was looking for a smaller pillow than my large gel pillow and am very happy to have found these pillows. I can mold the pillow to fit my head and neck. My usual gel pillow caused my neck to not be aligned correctly because it was just too big. Pillows like mattresses are a personal fit but for me these work. The pillows are not flat but if you are looking for extra firm/fluff you will not like these.

The pillows don't support me or conform to me well. I wake up sore. They are an odd size. It doesn't feel good to lay on them. I prefer my feather and down pillows. I read that shredded foam pillows are best for side sleepers so, I gave these a try and I really don't like them. Maybe a more expensive pillow will be better.

These are different from other pillows I have used. They take a little getting used to. I find them a bit firm. My husband gives them 5 stars and says he is sleeping better than ever. I am still getting used to it, but I think it will be good once I find the right position. I do notice less neck pain in the mornings.
