The pillows have a terrible chemical smell. I would not recommend buying these pillows. I plan on returning to the store.

I am really not a fan of these pillows. They seem to provide no cooling effect and they are lumpy. I would not buy them again.

You cant wash this pillow it wont spin on spin cycle its to heavy when wet it was a nightmare trying to dry it

If you are use to the full more firm pillows filled with clusters, these aren’t being made like that anymore! Will be returning asap

Was told on the labeling, it was cooling gel memory foam, both were lies. It it's made of foam chunks and has no cooling ability. It actually gets warm, far too quickly to be comfortable.

I don't know what this is but this is not a pillow! Is like a bag of lumpy "foam pieces" I opened the package and right away put it back in the bag and returned this poorly made pillow

Was hoping they were cool but they were not. Not super comfortable either. I like the fact that they are washable. That is a nice feature in a pillow. I can't decide whether to return or save for guests. I won' use them.

One of the pillows looks like it was drug under a fork lift for 1/4 mile before it was packaged. The cover is torn and covered with grease. Now I have to deal with a return. Nice QA/QC Serta!

I have had these pillows for over two years and they are still plump and comfy. They are the only pillows in my house that are still holding their original shape. I am back to buy more because I need to replace my other pillows!
