Just not as firm as I would have liked.

These pillows are very uncomfortable.
Hard, bunch up and hard to sleep on 
Very disappointed

They have a chemical smell and are not cooling at all

Hmm. These pillows don’t look like the ones pictured on the cover. They are more like the “my pillow” brand. Nothing about them speaks to the “cooling” claim. And they absolutely stink. Pretty sure they were so cheap because they were mispackaged. Going to try for a refund. Yuk.

Not worth it … at all

For the price these are awesome pillows. The perfect balance of firm but not too firm. You get good neck support, moldable pillows. Similar to my pillows at a fraction of the cost. They can be fluffed up easily in steam setting on dryer. I have not washed them full out but my whole family likes these pillows.
