On this Saturday I bought 12 packs of of pillows. That is a total of 24 pillows some are Fluffy some are Flats and they Stink really bad I will be returning them today.....

To me these pillows are pretty but I tried to used them every night nooope I can?t their very hard for me hurt my neck my head . Is just there looking pretty on my bed . Even my nephews and they?re not picky wont use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cluster pillows are very nice. They are like a medium soft and not rock hard. They look full and smooth under the pillowcase on the bed. I like that they are hypoallergenic as well.

... but I didn't notice any kind of a cooling effect. Comfortable but I did not need them and so it was pretty much a waste of money. So, I don't recommend buying these for the non-existant cooling effect.

Tried to wash before using. And it smelled badly of chemicals. Dried 3x in dryer. Tried to dry outside. Chemical smell is still there. Regret buying. But no way to return.

THESE ARE NOT SERTA PILLOWS! They are labeled Innocor and made in China. SERTA products are made in America. These pillows smell like an old moldy, mildew infested jock strap!! Don't waste your $25.00.....Spend a little more for better quality!

These pillows are affordable and are mostly comfortable! They could be slightly softer for someone who likes a fluffy pillow, but for those who need solid support, these are perfect.

Had this pillow for several months now and from the beginning it went flat and got really firm, I wanted to give it a little longer but it never got comfortable. DON'T BUY

Pillows feel okay enough. Like other reviewers state. Not really cooling pillows. But the smell. God awful. Aired out for about 48 hours in open air... not even a dent in the smell. Will be retuning.

I just purchased the pillows today and there’s a strong chemical smell. I sprayed an essential oil onto both pillows, let’s see if that works before I return them.
