Want my money back, they changed the pillows a few months ago, I use to love them, don’t buy

These pillows are terrible. They are very flat.

Dont waste money!

Very lumpy. The memory foam doesn't fluff up easily. There's a reason these are so cheap.

Serta cooling pillows

The pillows were very dirty, referring to this material is the last thing that I buy, I will not buy anything similar due to the state in which I received this product. I decided not return them because I live far away,  and I can’t waste my time discussing something that is ethical and quality should have been given me clean and in good condition!

Pillows very dirty

I’ve tried plenty of pillows that promised the “perfect night’s sleep,” but this one actually comes close. The balance between softness and support is spot-on — it cradles the head without swallowing it whole. I didn’t wake up with a stiff neck (a rare win in the pillow world), though if you like an extra-firm feel, this might lean a little too plush for your taste. The materials feel durable and breathable, so it doesn’t trap heat like cheaper alternatives. Overall, it’s not a magical cloud from the heavens, but it’s definitely earned a permanent spot on my bed.
