I have a 3” gel mattress topper because I battle fibromyalgia pain. I couldn’t find the right pillow. They’re were all too soft or too hard. This one was just right. I’m sleeping the best I have in years. There is a slight smell when you first take them out of the box but I let them air out for a few hours and it was gone. If they came in King I would order another set! Great buy!

If you like firm pillows, these are not gonna be for you. I’m going to have to buy two more pillows just to add memory foam to the ones that we have just to make them OK. That’s the only good thing about these, is that you can open them and add more to them, but I think that Serta should have a program that sends you more if they aren’t good enough. Also, I found little pieces of plastic inside of my pillow. My old, needs to be replaced memory foam cluster Serta pillow is much more comfortable. Basically, if you want firm pillows, buy two sets of two, and you’ll end up with three firm pillows and an empty zipper sack. You get what you pay for.

These pillows hold a static charge, which I don’t need in my bed. Also too chemical for me, they cause me to choke and wake up in the night. Took them off my bed and I don’t have any issues anymore. If you’re sensitive to chemicals don’t buy these. Also they squish up against the headboard when using and get hard and uncomfortable. They’re not for me.

I tried this pillow in hopes that it did as advertised but went flat after the 1st night. Ended up putting both pillows in one pillowcase to have the effect I wanted. So 2 pillows for the price not bad but I thought I was getting 2 separate pillows for my bed and instead had to put together to use as one pillow. A bit of a disappointment.

The "new" odor is so strong as to make these pillow unusable. I'd put them in the garage to air out for a few days, but that wouldn't solve the other problem: within a minute of placing my head on one of these pillows, it went completely flat, offering no support whatsoever. At this point, I see no alternative but to return them to the store.

I bought these pillows before and they were great, but this time they are complete trash. The first night of sleeping on it, it was completely flat. Now, a week later, it looks even worse. Emailed the warranty company whose information was sent with the pillow and they tell me to "return to the store". My nearest store is 2 hours away, which is why I ordered them online!! Apparently they don't honor their warranty. Save your money because these pillows are not being made with the same quality they used to be. My old one of 5 years is fluffier than these ones!

I bought 2 of these pillows awhile ago and I was inlove with them, now i went back to buy 2 more as a gift for my mom because she loved them so much and they are completely different it's like they didn't put any gel, not the same pillows. Very disappointed.

Picked up 2 packages of this pillow because it appeared to be a great deal. In the 2 pack, they felt pretty good. After removing the pillows from the bag, they were so flat and lacking memory clusters needed to support the neck and head. I also noticed the size was supposed to be 26" long, but they came in at 24" after measuring. Big disappointment, so I will return and order my pillow online.

I ordered these because my mother liked them (& now she doesn't either). Very hard and doesn't feel anything like memory foam. It's not cooling either unless they were talking about the pillowcase which doesn't remain cool with or without your own pillowcase over it. My back aches even more with it so I ended up putting it as the base to keep me slanted up when I sleep. I plan on upcycling it which will hopefully work out better

I purchased these pillows today at Sam’s… Got home took them out the bag and they smelled horrific . They have my whole apartment stinking. It smells like they had mildewed or something. It was horrible, I can’t get the smell off my hands. These things will be returned as soon as Sam’s open in the morning. They making me sick on my stomach!!!!
