I bought these a few months ago and well what do think you will get for $12.98? Hope to find someplace that can recycle them because they are going in the trash. The foam pushes to one side. My bad but how can so many think this is an average pillow? It is a terrible pillow and a $13 pain in the neck.

I got a set of these pillows years ago. They started to wear out (it's been at least 10 years). So I got a new set. Out of the box they smelled SO bad. It was a terrible chemical smell. I thought I'd air them out. A week later still terrible. So I took a look at the care instructions and washed accordingly. Hopefully to get the smell out. The pillows then fell apart leaving me a big mess to clean up. However they changed these is terrible and I won't be getting another set.

THIS pillow is DISGUSTING, and the Serta should be ASHAMED!!! Let me tell ya why... I own the $100 REAL DEAL pillow made by Serta (I got it from that nice "K" store thats still around). REAL pillow is like I was reborn amazing, nothing like it. its SOOO nice n cold! You'll probably never need another pillow because it doesn't squish over time; but its so expensive, so when I saw this I was excited, right?! WRONG!!! THIS pillow literally feels like something you'd make if you lost all your money, home, and had nothing to use as a pillow; just shove a bunch of ripped up junk in a bag aaand... BOOM! Pillow! THAT is what Serta did here! Any pillows or mattresses sewen wrong, throw in a chopper... Any scraps left over from the cooling beds/pillows, CHOPPER... Then they shoved ALLLL those rough chunky edges into a pillow cover, sewed, and zipped a cover around it!!! It is SOOOO lumpy, I. CAN. NOT. IMAGINE. sleeping on this JUNK... Maybe its a little colder than a regular pillow due to it being the left overs, but I PROMISE it feels like a horror show!!!

Me and my chihuahuas are allergic to this pillow. We were all coughing and I couldn't figure out what was going on for a little while. It's a shame because this pillow is so comfortable, moldable, supportive, and cooling. If we weren't allergic to it I would be thrilled about it.

I wasn't planning on buying pillows during my Sam's run but was planning to buy pillows soon, so when I saw the 2 for $13 dollar pallet as soon as I walked in Sam's, I figured why not. It felt nice, and I trust the Serta brand. Whenever I buy new textile products, I have to either wash them first or run them through the sanitizing cycle in my dryer. I did the latter and became disappointed with my purchase. Some of the filling spilled out while drying somehow. The filling is shredded up pieces of memory foam and gel pellets, like left over mattress material. I support maximizing excess material to reduce waste, but containing the filling in the pillow casing is poorly designed. Unfortunately, I won't be buying pillows like this again. (The Sam's app wouldn't allow me to add photos of the spilled fillings.)

Description says it would never flatten but it flatens in just a week of normal use

I hate them. They make my neck hurt,their too hard.

After one night I threw them away.
