The pillow is hard as a rock. I wake up every morning with a stiff neck not a happy camper !!!!!!

It's not a cooling pillow at all there's no support to it at all. It's like a hotel pillow

They are very comfortable but I don't think they are very cooling!

I hate them. They make my neck hurt,their too hard.

Felt like a pillow made of paper. Returned them immediately.

I was looking for a comfy pillow and these are very comfy and I sleep so much better. Thank you
