Today is 12/10/2023. I bought the 2pk pillows on 09/16/2023. I only took 1 out of the package and already it is flat. I actually had to look up my receipt for it because I couldn't believe a memory foam pillow would go flat after 3 months! And it's only been slept on 2 of those months. Don't waste your money!

Finally found a pillow that doesn’t hurt my neck! I’m a side sleeper. I’ve been through many pillows. My closet is a graveyard for brand new pillows that don’t work. This pillow is just firm enough and doesn’t make me hot. I’ve had others that claim they are cooling; just to wake up with my head sweating. I’ve had pillows that felt good at first…..then they start breaking down within a month and get too soft. Like Goldilocks, this one is JUST right!

If you’re looking for a pillow that’s going to hold it’s shape and not collapse into a flat or lumpy blob, then this is the pillow for you. Unlike solid foam pillows, this set contains little pieces of shredded foam. Thankfully, the little tiny pieces are contained inside two zippered covers. If you have children or pets, I would recommend absolutely never showing them how to unzip one of these bad boys because holy tiny foam particles everywhere, Batman, that would be a disaster. Amazingly, the foam smell that was initially very strong, faded quickly. I didn’t notice a temperature difference between this and other pillows I use. Definitely worth a try if you like fluffy pillows!

Took about 3 days for the foam to off gas after removing from the package. Was excited to finally try them on the 4th night but was disappointed. The foam is not very soft which made the pillow have a constant lumpy and bumpy feel under my head. I was hopeful that these would work as a washable foam cluster pillow but I ended up returning them and getting something else.

I wanted to like this so much but just couldn’t settle in. While the cooling effect seemed intriguing, the pillow was too dense for someone with neck issues. Couldn’t get comfortable. Too thick to rest so never actually felt the cooling effect, Just more neck pain.

Awesome pillows, great value. i wouldn't say they cool necessarily, but they do not get too hot. I find them incredibly comfortable, and I have tried many. I dont know how long these pillows will last, but at the price point i don't care, i have already purchased extra in case they only last for a short period, but otherwise bonus if they last for years!

This is truly the best cooling and most comfortable pillow I’ve used in Decades. And I swore by my $75 bamboo foam pillows for years. My neck pain disappeared in three nights! I am always cooled with no matted down hair in the morning. I’d have gladly paid more for all this comfort! And I’m a bargain person. I’m glad I picked it up on a whim :)

Brought last week! Do not purchase. Smells and followed the washing instructions but both zippers opened and made a mess of my washing machine. Have clean and rinsed the machine multiple times and still getting foam out! Have a picture but your system will not let me add!

My Husband and I purchased 2 of these pillows December 2018. LOVED them. Went back to Sam's Club about 13-14 months later to purchase 2 more...same identical item number. BUT...China did a bait and switch on Sam's Club or Sam's knew about it because these pillows selling now are NOT what I purchased in 2018. I still have the receipt and the packaging from that sale. The pillows in 2018 were a solid piece of foam. The pillows from 2018 have a zipper running the long side of the pillow and the last ones purchased have the zipper running on the short side of the pillow. The ones that are sold now are nothing more than cut up pieces of foam that are NOT firm or cooling, nor is it memory foam, as you can see stated on the Serta package label. If Sam's Club knew about this...shame on them and if they didn't, then shame on them also for not having employees checking what was actually ordered.
