I haven’t tried it but my husband did. He said it’s fluffy but not very cool. It made him sweat overnight. I expected the pillow to be very nice but doesn’t seem like it. I will try with a silk pillow case to see if that helps.

No miracles, it's a pillow but a really good one. Enough support yet soft enough for comfort. Not 100% sure on the cooling but I guess since my head hasn't been hot, it's working. Well worth the price.

Bought these for a great price from a known name. They are disgusting. They caused us to break out in massive hives that required a doctor's visit. I will think 4 times before buying another Serta product, ever.

Really comfortable pillows with a nice amount of support. The cooling gel is a plus because I'm always looking for the cold side of the pillow. Now I don't have to flip it quite as much. Definitely happy with these!

These pillows have definitely changed for the worse. not the same material at all. They dont feel like solid memory foam anymore, but small bits of cut-up foam. super cheap and no support. Very disappointed in the huge change in quality.

I love this pillow! It does exactly what it says. As soon as you lay down, it has a cooling sensation. I love that you can unzip the cover and wash it as frequently as you’d like to. I also love that you can unzip and take out any of the flushness and make it the size that you want. My husband likes a fluffier pillow and I like a flatter pillow. With this pillow we could customize it to however we wanted. It’s really a great pillow and I plan on buying one for each of my kids.

Awesome pillows, great value. i wouldn't say they cool necessarily, but they do not get too hot. I find them incredibly comfortable, and I have tried many. I dont know how long these pillows will last, but at the price point i don't care, i have already purchased extra in case they only last for a short period, but otherwise bonus if they last for years!

I am the person that constantly flips their pillow all night long because I can't sleep if I get too warm and I'm always looking for the cool side to lay my face on. With these pillows you do not need to do that! They are so comfortable. They are supportive yet soft, I can run my arms around one and hug it or I can use it as a regular pillow it's just a really great product. I actually bought eight of them and I'm thinking of buying a couple more just to have on the closet shelves in case company shows up. I would absolutely recommend these and the price is just unbelievable for what you get!
