Biggest issue is the pillow has a weird smell to it.

It says it’s supposed to be a cooling pillow, but it does not cool you off

Not very cooling and memory foam is very odd compared to other memory foam pillows.

Exquisite pillows. Helps to achieve a wonderful cool sleep
