I wish I had read the reviews before buying this, now I have to take them back. As soon as I opened the package there was a horrible chemical smell. I can't believe someone could sleep on this and smell that all night. Also the pillow is in a lot of small pieces not one piece of foam.

Serta Pillows these pillow smell terrible I dont no what chemicals they have in them but I dont like the smell but after you lay on them for a while to smell seems to go away a little so far I still smell the chemicals a little but if they dont change the chemicals or smell no I want buy again that's whats keeping me from ordering again because they r ok for sleeping but I dont no about these pillows

I bought the two-pack of these on sale for $9.98. You can't beat that price. And they are good pillows. They hold their shape through the night. Medium in height - not too big or small. I am used to a foam pillow that is getting too used and worn out.

I really wanted to like these, but they were torture. They went flat and lumpy and you could revive to comfortable only very temporarily. Maybe ok for a back sleeper, but these were a dud for a side sleeper. I had to fold them in half to be enough lift only a day or two in. I returned them.

I was excited to find these pillows featuring the cool effect, so I put them on the bed once I got home with them. Well, that night, I went to get into bed, and my whole bedroom had an almost mildew like smell. I couldn't figure it out until I laid down. It was the pillows!! They actually smell like chemicals...I took off the pillowcases and the smell intensified. 😳 back to the club they go and so disappointed 😞 If you are sensitive to smells, these pillows are not for you.

So far, this is the least hot pillow I've found. It doesn't seem to retain much heat; I still need to flip it occasionally, but it's not burning up with heat when I do, and I don't need to flip it AND then exchange it with a different pillow multiple times an hour. I haven't had to exchange this with another pillow; the occasional flip suffices. It doesn't stay actively cool, but it doesn't get beyond a bit warm for me, which is so much better than any other "cooling" pillow I've tried. It is firmer and more heavily stuffed than I prefer; I'm also not excited about the texture, although the texture of the stuffing doesn't actually bother me while I'm sleeping. I'm going to take some of the stuffing out of one of the pillows and see if that makes it more comfortable for me. That said, in spite of the firmness, thickness, and texture, I'm sleeping with this rather than my more comfortable pillows because they all retain significantly more heat, and it is really exciting to not have to wake up and mess with my pillow constantly throughout the night. I'm going to go back and get two more if they still have them.

I purchased 4 of these in store. Haven’t had a good nights rest since. They state to fluff them frequently. I’ve tried. They are so very hard that I have neck and head pain regularly. Unfortunately I pitched my old ones. I’ll never buy gel again! Don’t waste your money unless you enjoy sleeping on a rock.

I bought this pillow today and the chemical smell is so strong it burned my eyes, nose abs made my mouth feel numb. No where on the pillow does it say Serta after you open it. The shredded foam is such a strong odor. This is not any where close to what I expected from serta. Granted they’re inexpensive so I guess I get what I pay for???

Not a bad pillow for the price. It flattens out a little more than I like but it does stay cool.

This pillows are great. Had a wonderful night sleep.
