Love it. I have tried about every type of pillow that has ever come around (Bamboo, buckwheat shells, $50 pillows, etc). I usually sleep on my side, but sometimes on my back. I usually squeeze the pillows in the store to see how much support the pillow will give. With this pillow, I can adjust it to the thickness that I like and it holds that shape. I purchased the two pack in Sams for $10. I had already tried their more (much more) expensive pillows. None of them worked for me. After trying for several nights, I went back to Sams and bought another pair. I wanted to make sure that I had plenty of these pillows in case they stopped making or carrying them. They give me the support that I like. The only negative: They are not "cooling" pillows, but I do not care. Great pillows. I would have paid $50 a piece for each of these pillows. For $10 for two (or $15 shipped to your home, it is a no brainer. Try it. It only comes in the one size. I think it is between standard and queen. I am still a pain in the ah... "neck," but I no longer have a pain in the neck.

After I bought my first set of these pillows 6 years ago these are the only pillows I buy now. I can't sleep on any other pillows, even when I travel I always bring a few with me. I highly recommend them to any and everybody. I got my sister hooked on these as well. I hope Sam's brings them back soon because I don't look forward to playing $35 per set. Considering, I always buy 8 sets at a time.

Not cooling. The first thing I noticed when lying on this pillow was that it seemed to be absorbing the heat from my face and head, creating a warm spot, not cooling it. The second thing I noticed is that even though they are dissapointingly not cool, they are comfortable.

Bought these for my camper and slept great. At home I was waking up in horrible back and hip pain for months. I thought I needed a new mattress. Decided to buy these because I sleep awesome in my camper and now I’m 3 days with no hip or back pain! Buying more asap so I never have to go without!

I have bought 3 previous sets of these pillows and I can tell you without any doubt these are NOT the Serta pillows that I have ordered three times before. These were in a plastic bag with no Serta label anywhere. No info just NOTHING!!! Looks as though someone took out the good Serta ones and stuff their old ones in a plastic bag and sent them in my order.

The pillows don't support me or conform to me well. I wake up sore. They are an odd size. It doesn't feel good to lay on them. I prefer my feather and down pillows. I read that shredded foam pillows are best for side sleepers so, I gave these a try and I really don't like them. Maybe a more expensive pillow will be better.

These pillows feel comfortable but they smelled weird when we bought them and when I unzip them there are chunks of blue foam everywhere. It’s not safe for little kids. We had these set up for the kids to use on their beds but now we have to get new pillows for them.

Im not sure these are actually Serta pillows, there are no tags and they dont come in the bag shown in the photos. although i can sleep on them, they arent the cooling gel I was expecting when I ordered :( i guess when it sounds too good to be true it really is

These pillows are nowhere near as fluffy as the pillows in the picture on the listing. In fact if you take these pillows out of their outer shell you can see that the inner shell is only about 2/3 of the way full. I can't comment much on their cooling ability. I've been sleeping on cooling pillows for several years. I don't find them to be hot but they don't stay otherside-of-the-pillow cold either. For the price I suppose I can't complain to much but for a side sleeper they just aren't going to cut it.

I couldn't pass up the $9.98 price for two. However, they are very heavy and the smell is so strong. I do feel like the are cooler than other pillows. I have to put another pillow on top of this pillow so I'm not smelling chemicals all night. If you like hard, heavy and very smelly pillows, then these are the pillows for you.
