These felt AMAZING in the store. Heavy, thick, and hold their shape. I put them in the guest bedroom. That room has only been used 3 times now, and these pillows are trash. Flat, lumpy, and not near the size they were before. I’m very disappointed and would not buy again. I’m writing this review because the pillows are so great when you buy them, I do not want others dissatisfied like me.

I didn't have neck problems until I bought this pillow. It is hard and does not conform to the curvature of the neck. I find myself mashing the pillow as I have to turn over. After a month, I slept using my old pillow, neck problems are gone. This pillow is garbage.

Too hard. Was causing me neck pain and shoulder pain if I tried to rest up on or even sleep on my back. Tried sleeping on the side; in doing so, neck pain felt fine, but shoulder pain persisted. Purchased to replace pillows that were old and flat. Thought these would be better. Ended up just using pillows I had forgotten I had for the spare room that were purchased elsewhere and for a lot less years ago.

First of all don"t ever buy "My Pillow" what a scam that is. Chunks of scrap foam that turned yellow in a week. So this Serta pillow set doesn't make my sleepy head hot at night. It has a new smell but most memory foam does, it goes away. I move around all night that's how I sleep but this keeps me in one spot longer because it is so comfortable. It shapes to your position an fluffs up when you change. The price is so super duper inexpensive for the great quality and sleep you will get. Buy them they are worth you trying them out. I bought another set and use my fat, hot bamboo pillows for decorative pillow shams. When I make my bed I fluff them all up because I like to do that. I always had to use 2 pillows and I am so impressed I only need one of these greatest on Earth memory foam pillows. Love Love Love! Buy it and try it, your gonna like the way you sleep!!

Love it. I have tried about every type of pillow that has ever come around (Bamboo, buckwheat shells, $50 pillows, etc). I usually sleep on my side, but sometimes on my back. I usually squeeze the pillows in the store to see how much support the pillow will give. With this pillow, I can adjust it to the thickness that I like and it holds that shape. I purchased the two pack in Sams for $10. I had already tried their more (much more) expensive pillows. None of them worked for me. After trying for several nights, I went back to Sams and bought another pair. I wanted to make sure that I had plenty of these pillows in case they stopped making or carrying them. They give me the support that I like. The only negative: They are not "cooling" pillows, but I do not care. Great pillows. I would have paid $50 a piece for each of these pillows. For $10 for two (or $15 shipped to your home, it is a no brainer. Try it. It only comes in the one size. I think it is between standard and queen. I am still a pain in the ah... "neck," but I no longer have a pain in the neck.

I have a hard time finding a comfortable pillow and these are amazing! They conform to you and I sleep all night now! I have purchased at least two packages of 2, and was online just now to order more for my guest bedrooms, I want all my family to sleep on comfortable pillows. The price is amazing as well for the quality of these pillows!

Bought these for my camper and slept great. At home I was waking up in horrible back and hip pain for months. I thought I needed a new mattress. Decided to buy these because I sleep awesome in my camper and now I’m 3 days with no hip or back pain! Buying more asap so I never have to go without!

I bought these over a year ago ans loved them! I went to get more and the chemical smell is unbearable! My whole car smelt like it. I even set them out hoping it would go away, but it never did. I wish that the manufacturer would fix this because I would love to purchase more.

I bought these pillows and there is a gasoline smell to them. I washed them according to the label tag sewn on the pillows. They smell even worse. I sent an email to Serta Customer Service because I don't know what to do with them or if the smell is normal. I don't want some weird lung disease from inhaling the fumes while sleeping on them.

Unfortunately, these pillows are not what I expected them to be. Much firmer than anticipated and though I can now sleep on my side and back, I need to pound out, flatten and fluff these pillows to conform to the shape and form I prefer. I am going to get other pillows and use these on the guest bed. There are other pillows out on the market that are true Memory foam. I would avoid the cluster and use a standard memory foam pillow instead.
