Bought these for my camper and slept great. At home I was waking up in horrible back and hip pain for months. I thought I needed a new mattress. Decided to buy these because I sleep awesome in my camper and now I’m 3 days with no hip or back pain! Buying more asap so I never have to go without!

I have the pillows from 3 years ago, and was hoping to get them again because they're amazing. Well, these are NOT. They are nothing like the originals i bought. There is no cushion, you go right through. Theres no substance to these, absolutely awful. And desperately searching for similar to the original.

I have bought 3 previous sets of these pillows and I can tell you without any doubt these are NOT the Serta pillows that I have ordered three times before. These were in a plastic bag with no Serta label anywhere. No info just NOTHING!!! Looks as though someone took out the good Serta ones and stuff their old ones in a plastic bag and sent them in my order.

Too hard. Was causing me neck pain and shoulder pain if I tried to rest up on or even sleep on my back. Tried sleeping on the side; in doing so, neck pain felt fine, but shoulder pain persisted. Purchased to replace pillows that were old and flat. Thought these would be better. Ended up just using pillows I had forgotten I had for the spare room that were purchased elsewhere and for a lot less years ago.

I bought these pillows and there is a gasoline smell to them. I washed them according to the label tag sewn on the pillows. They smell even worse. I sent an email to Serta Customer Service because I don't know what to do with them or if the smell is normal. I don't want some weird lung disease from inhaling the fumes while sleeping on them.

I bought these over a year ago ans loved them! I went to get more and the chemical smell is unbearable! My whole car smelt like it. I even set them out hoping it would go away, but it never did. I wish that the manufacturer would fix this because I would love to purchase more.

I can't say enough good things about these pillows. First of all, they do indeed regulate body heat, and yes, by the time they need washed, they get pretty flat, but once they are washed and dried, they perk right back up and smell amazing. They are by far the best I've ever owned. I'd recommend them to anyone. You can't go wrong!

I didn't have neck problems until I bought this pillow. It is hard and does not conform to the curvature of the neck. I find myself mashing the pillow as I have to turn over. After a month, I slept using my old pillow, neck problems are gone. This pillow is garbage.

I bought this because it said it was a cooling pillow... It is very comfortable and I love it to sleep with but there is nothing cooling about it. I'm really disappointed in that, I have even tried to turn it over and my regular pillows are cooler than this one.

I bought these pillows seeking some extra support for my neck. The feel nice and firm in the store, but after you go to bed with it, its flat and hard with no support within 2 min. You get what you pay for. We tried to return them, but Sam's Club only allows exchanges for pillows. Wish we had known that beforehand.
