Purchased these looking forward to the cooling and memory foam, however, these pillows were filled with torn up pieces of pillow filler. They had a very strong chemical smell to them. Very concerning considering that you would be putting your head and face on them and just breathing all the chemicals right in. Awful. Nothing memory foam about them. Nor are they cooling in any way.

Surprised to see some of the negative reviews saying pillows were hard and slept hot etc. Maybe they reviewed different pillows? I bought 2 of these yesterday at Samsclub for 9.98. WOW what a deal! At first I was afraid the feel of the tiny balls of cooling gel and foam might be an issue, but I never felt them all night. You can see these balls of blue gel/foam inside the 2nd covering if you unzip the wonderful cover that came with the pillows.My neck stayed cool, did not wake up with my hair soaking wet, but BEST OF ALL I SLEPT. I have had so much hip pain, etc. from a brand new Serta Plush so called soft mattress that feels rock hard to me. If I could make my bed out of these pillows I would lol. First the pillows come with a zippered microfiber covering worth as much as I paid for the lot. I left it on to test them out in what I thought would be a few minutes rest from shopping. AND I fell promptly asleep! Something I have not done since getting the new bed. I placed one between my knees and curled my arms around the other under my head. I felt oddly like I was on air, like the zero gravity is supposed to make you feel but does NOT with my serta mattress. I can only guess this was due to both pillows being same size?? They are snuggly, but I don't sink down as much as my down pillow. Honestly after spending a fortune on pillows in my life, these are the best pillows I have ever slept on. I am going back to buy 4 more just to keep if these wear out or maybe add to my chair. If they lat 3 months they will be worth 10x what I paid I have never raved about a purchase so much! Fibromyalgia and chonic pain sufferers should at least try these for 9.98 for 2 with wonderful zippered covers....you can exchange if you don't love them as much as I do!

I got these to make beds for my dogs. I cover them with waterproof covers and a pillowcase. I have 19 dogs and as soon as I get one made and put in a crate, the dogs go to the crate that has one of these beds and ignore the rest of the crates. My pillow was giving me headaches, so I switched to one of these and problem solved!

Best pillow ever! Have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows over the years, before and after neck surgery, and these work for me. Originally purchased for kids because I replace their pillows more often and was looking for an economically-priced option. However, I must say I was surprised that these were great for adults, too. I like the washable covers and have had no issues when washing in my front-load washer. Have bought several pairs over the years and hope they continue to be available. I was hesitant when I noticed the stuffing material had changed but it seems to be better.

My husband says it's the perfect hugging pillow. I only use 1 pillow and it's this one. It's the comfiest on my head and is such a great price point. If you're on the fence just get it and give it a shot. Worst case scenario it's not for you and you return it!

These are not the same pillows I have been buying for years. They are now super thin with no support. I do not know if maybe my store got a bad batch or this is how they will be from now on, but I will not buy again. Sad because these were my go to pillows for every bed in my home and RV.

I bought these because of Serta name %26 stated cooling effect without reading any reviews. Within days of use, my face broke out with severe allergic reaction, presumably from the chemicals. I threw them away and the rash went away. I can't prove cause %26 effect but I wish I had read the reviews before being tempted by packagine and price.

My original purchase of these pillows no longer has any life left and I could absolutely cry. I grabbed a replacement set at Sam's today, and they are not the same… Composed of a lighter SUPER lumpy material, no cooling effect and absolutely no memory foam. The only thing that did not change is the packaging. Unless you're looking for guest pillows, I would continue your search.

As a pillow snob, I must say these are the best pillows right out of the pack! This is the first time I didn't have to wear them down for a few months until they are perfect. This is the first time I've ever loved pillows after the first use. I plan to buy more and store them, so I have them when I travel.

These pillows fluff easily, are easy to clean and are very comfortable. I bought them for me and my husband and we loved them so much we threw all our other pillows out and bought more of the for our kids and guest rooms. And the price is incredible, I'd put these up against a $50 pillow any day and these would win in my opinion.
