When I unpacked the pillows, the smell of oil/rubber tires filled the room. I let the pillows breathe for a few hours, but they still had a strong odor. I sprayed the pillows with Febreze, but it did not last. I tried to sleep on the pillow, but ended up with a migraine. My husband threw his out the room. Taking these back! Now that I read the reviews, I see that this is a recurring problem. Avoid buying these pillows!

These pillows are a great soft cut cubes of memory foam and other foam. I has the same pillow for almost 40 years that was cut foam. These are a great replacements. The are very soft, but do condense and need fluffing. They are like sleeping on air. They come with a 1 year warranty as well! My husband stole my pillows off my bed. Thank goodness I had the second pillow in my closet. . Even my cat has her own pillow on the bed! At $4.49 each, they are a steal of a deal!!

I bought these several months ago because I had great success with the ones I bought at Sams last summer. The earlier ones were made by Homedic and these are by Serta. I couldn't say enough good things about the first pillows but these do NOT compare. They get flat and hard and don't stay comfortable. Nothing I do can bring them back to when they were new. They were only good for a couple weeks and then slowly got worse. Meanwhile, the other Homedic pillows are still wonderful! Sam's Club... please bring back the Homedic brand... they were cheaper too, at $9.95 for two.

Why doesn’t it say what these are made out of? I’ve been using these pillows for 2 months and my face won’t stop breaking out. It just occurred to me that I think it’s the pillow because I started breaking out around the same time I got these pillows, and nothing I’m doing is helping! Needles to say, I’m going to stop using them.. they might end up shoved inside the dog bed! I only gave 2 stars because they are semi-comfortable. I do have to flip it each night because the side I sleep on flattens.

These pillows are amazing! I bought my first set 2 years ago and use them daily to this day. The pillows are filled with clusters of cushy foam and are encased in a pillow protector. I choose to replace these pillow protectors with a more durable, thick, 100% cotton one. I think this may have helped prolong the life of my pillows. They truly never, ever get flat. It offers a well balanced soft yet firm support. I'm a side sleeper and it does very well for me. When it does lose shape, usually from a good night's sleep, a good fluff gets it right back into it's original shape. I was very happy that Sam's decided to sell these again. I bought 2 packs today and plan to store them away for guest use.

I opened up one of the pillows to remove some of the foam and what I found was absolutely disgusting. These pillows are 100% scrap from the floor of a plant and stuffed into cheap cases. Along with memory foam pieces, I also found the following: - Pieces of a plastic bag with lettering on them - Hard plastic chunks. Think of tupperware but small chunks. - A piece of wood. - Hair Straight to the trash these will go. Everyone involved in selling these pillows should be ashamed.

I have been buying these pillows for years, and everyone loved them. They had cut up cubes of memory foam in them, which allowed the pullow to maintain the shape and let air move thru, while at the same time cradling your neck and head. Now, they have shredded foam in them, which makes them flat, and allows no airflow. They are also now have different, paper feeling, type cover. If you are looking for the old pillows, skip these.

You know those expensive pillows that sell for $35 each, saying that you can adjust the loft by adding and removing filling? Well, this has the same feature. Unzip the second cover, remove some of the filling or add some from the second pillow. Perfect!

I trust the Serta brand. I like the fact that the filling doesn't clump together. It is easy to fluff the pillow up to make it soft and conforms to how you sleep (side, back or stomach). Helps support my neck which reduces my headaches. This is a good price for two pillows. The zippered covers are easy to remove to wash and adjust the amount of filling to your choice.

I bought these pillows in June and am not happy with them at all. They go flat very quickly when I lay down on them, and are hot during the course of the night. If I hadn't thrown away the receipt for them already, I would have returned them 2 days after I bought them.
