I bought these pillows before and they were great, but this time they are complete trash. The first night of sleeping on it, it was completely flat. Now, a week later, it looks even worse. Emailed the warranty company whose information was sent with the pillow and they tell me to "return to the store". My nearest store is 2 hours away, which is why I ordered them online!! Apparently they don't honor their warranty. Save your money because these pillows are not being made with the same quality they used to be. My old one of 5 years is fluffier than these ones!

I really wish that I would have read the reviews about this pillow before I purchased them, I would have saved time and money. As a side sleeper, I have to say that I did like the support that I felt, but the smell of the pillow was so strong that I simply couldn’t relax enough to sleep! I’m going to have to return them and keep looking for the same quality in a pillow less the foul Oder☹️☹️

If you like firm pillows, these are not gonna be for you. I’m going to have to buy two more pillows just to add memory foam to the ones that we have just to make them OK. That’s the only good thing about these, is that you can open them and add more to them, but I think that Serta should have a program that sends you more if they aren’t good enough. Also, I found little pieces of plastic inside of my pillow. My old, needs to be replaced memory foam cluster Serta pillow is much more comfortable. Basically, if you want firm pillows, buy two sets of two, and you’ll end up with three firm pillows and an empty zipper sack. You get what you pay for.

I've been looking for a good pillow for far too long. I had high hopes for this one but it's not supportive enough for me. Both my husband and I are side sleepers and both of us found that our heads sunk too far in to be comfortable. The materials seems ok, though. I've had some pillows where the memory foam clusters are very large but this one seemed to be a good size and not lumpy. Also, this pillow is surprisingly heavy! This pillow may work for you if you're not a side sleeper.

These pillows are filled with cut-up pieces of foam, not a whole piece of foam like it looks in the picture. I bought these for my kids and they don’t seem to know the difference but there is no way an adult could sleep in this pillow and be comfortable.

These pillows are filled with loose foam! It is not a solid piece of memory foam. After using for less than a week you can feel pieces of the foam that have broken away and are just floating around. Lots of flat spots already. It doesn't retain its shape at all.

I have a 3” gel mattress topper because I battle fibromyalgia pain. I couldn’t find the right pillow. They’re were all too soft or too hard. This one was just right. I’m sleeping the best I have in years. There is a slight smell when you first take them out of the box but I let them air out for a few hours and it was gone. If they came in King I would order another set! Great buy!

Great pillow at a great price. It’s just firm enough for me it helped me get a great nights sleep my back wasn’t sore in the morning. And it’s nice and cool. Only thing I wish it was a bit bigger. But try it for yourself. Seems like a lot of people didn’t feel the Same way. But Sams will let you return it.
