I've been looking for a good pillow for far too long. I had high hopes for this one but it's not supportive enough for me. Both my husband and I are side sleepers and both of us found that our heads sunk too far in to be comfortable. The materials seems ok, though. I've had some pillows where the memory foam clusters are very large but this one seemed to be a good size and not lumpy. Also, this pillow is surprisingly heavy! This pillow may work for you if you're not a side sleeper.

I have a 3” gel mattress topper because I battle fibromyalgia pain. I couldn’t find the right pillow. They’re were all too soft or too hard. This one was just right. I’m sleeping the best I have in years. There is a slight smell when you first take them out of the box but I let them air out for a few hours and it was gone. If they came in King I would order another set! Great buy!

I bought 2 of these pillows awhile ago and I was inlove with them, now i went back to buy 2 more as a gift for my mom because she loved them so much and they are completely different it's like they didn't put any gel, not the same pillows. Very disappointed.

These used to be GREAT pillows! They were my favorites. After buying for our bedroom, I slowly replaced all of the bedrooms in the house with these. I went back to buy new ones for our room and these are TERRIBLE! They are nothing like what I have purchased in the past. So disappointed.

I can’t recommend these pillows enough. Polyester fill pillows are too flat, and too hot. Down pillows are comfy, but shed feathers constantly and fall flat quickly. Memory foam pillows are too hard. But memory foam chip pillows? THE BEST. Pros: stay relatively cool, stays full and spirituelle supportive. Retains shape after fluffing. Cons: the smell, which I personally don’t mind but I know other people are more sensitive to it. Smells like memory foam, what can I say? Heavier than a plain polyester pillow, but I like that. I am a side sleeper. I’m obsessed with these poles pillows. I was out of town for over a month and tried to order the same kind off of Amazon (Sams a was sold out). They only had a blend of memory chip and poly fill and it stocked. Too flat. Between my house, and my girlfriend, and the ones my dog tore up that first week, Ive bought several packs and always think about buying more.

I ordered these because my mother liked them (& now she doesn't either). Very hard and doesn't feel anything like memory foam. It's not cooling either unless they were talking about the pillowcase which doesn't remain cool with or without your own pillowcase over it. My back aches even more with it so I ended up putting it as the base to keep me slanted up when I sleep. I plan on upcycling it which will hopefully work out better

I have been buying these pillows for years, and everyone loved them. They had cut up cubes of memory foam in them, which allowed the pullow to maintain the shape and let air move thru, while at the same time cradling your neck and head. Now, they have shredded foam in them, which makes them flat, and allows no airflow. They are also now have different, paper feeling, type cover. If you are looking for the old pillows, skip these.

I really wish that I would have read the reviews about this pillow before I purchased them, I would have saved time and money. As a side sleeper, I have to say that I did like the support that I felt, but the smell of the pillow was so strong that I simply couldn’t relax enough to sleep! I’m going to have to return them and keep looking for the same quality in a pillow less the foul Oder☹️☹️

I think pillows are hard to judge based on reviews as far as comfort goes because it is individual preference or what position you sleep in or physical problems a person might have that determines what is comfortable or not to a someone. I have been using these for about four years or more. I have a neck problem and I absolutely cannot use a big fluffy pillow. If I do I wake up in pain if I'm able to get to sleep at all. I loved these so much that I bought two extra sets in case Sam's quit selling them. They are pretty flat and I usually have to turn it once a day but I wanted something that was close to not using one at all so they are great for me. I can bunch it up under my neck so I get support there but the rest of my head is level with my spine. I just took a new one of my storage area to replace the one I've been using (probably for far too long). I've even taken one with me on road trips in case the hotel pillows are uncomfortable. I hope they keep making them. They are the best if you have neck problems like I do.

I've had these for over 50 nights now. I would not recommend them. They get hard overnight leaving your neck at a tilt. A recipe for waking up with a sore neck most days. Even when fluffed, they're mediocre. They felt great in the club, but at home they're bad.
