I tried this pillow in hopes that it did as advertised but went flat after the 1st night. Ended up putting both pillows in one pillowcase to have the effect I wanted. So 2 pillows for the price not bad but I thought I was getting 2 separate pillows for my bed and instead had to put together to use as one pillow. A bit of a disappointment.

I've been looking for a good pillow for far too long. I had high hopes for this one but it's not supportive enough for me. Both my husband and I are side sleepers and both of us found that our heads sunk too far in to be comfortable. The materials seems ok, though. I've had some pillows where the memory foam clusters are very large but this one seemed to be a good size and not lumpy. Also, this pillow is surprisingly heavy! This pillow may work for you if you're not a side sleeper.

ZIPPER ACCESS TO FILLING IS AWESOME!! THESE PILLOWS HAVE A ZIPPER THST ALLOWED ME TO REMOVE AS MUCH FILLING AS I WANTED TO MAKE A VERY THIN PILLOW THAT I REQUIRE FOR NECK ISSUES. THIS WAS A FIRST!! I LOVE THEM!! IT IS COOL AS CLAIMED ALL NIGHT LONG WHICH IS ALSO A WONDERFUL OPTION FOR ME. I HIGHLY RECOMNEND THESE PILLOWS FOR THESE TWO REASONS.

I can’t recommend these pillows enough. Polyester fill pillows are too flat, and too hot. Down pillows are comfy, but shed feathers constantly and fall flat quickly. Memory foam pillows are too hard. But memory foam chip pillows? THE BEST. Pros: stay relatively cool, stays full and spirituelle supportive. Retains shape after fluffing. Cons: the smell, which I personally don’t mind but I know other people are more sensitive to it. Smells like memory foam, what can I say? Heavier than a plain polyester pillow, but I like that. I am a side sleeper. I’m obsessed with these poles pillows. I was out of town for over a month and tried to order the same kind off of Amazon (Sams a was sold out). They only had a blend of memory chip and poly fill and it stocked. Too flat. Between my house, and my girlfriend, and the ones my dog tore up that first week, Ive bought several packs and always think about buying more.

I have a 3” gel mattress topper because I battle fibromyalgia pain. I couldn’t find the right pillow. They’re were all too soft or too hard. This one was just right. I’m sleeping the best I have in years. There is a slight smell when you first take them out of the box but I let them air out for a few hours and it was gone. If they came in King I would order another set! Great buy!

I ordered these because my mother liked them (& now she doesn't either). Very hard and doesn't feel anything like memory foam. It's not cooling either unless they were talking about the pillowcase which doesn't remain cool with or without your own pillowcase over it. My back aches even more with it so I ended up putting it as the base to keep me slanted up when I sleep. I plan on upcycling it which will hopefully work out better

I have been buying these pillows for years, and everyone loved them. They had cut up cubes of memory foam in them, which allowed the pullow to maintain the shape and let air move thru, while at the same time cradling your neck and head. Now, they have shredded foam in them, which makes them flat, and allows no airflow. They are also now have different, paper feeling, type cover. If you are looking for the old pillows, skip these.

I trust the Serta brand. I like the fact that the filling doesn't clump together. It is easy to fluff the pillow up to make it soft and conforms to how you sleep (side, back or stomach). Helps support my neck which reduces my headaches. This is a good price for two pillows. The zippered covers are easy to remove to wash and adjust the amount of filling to your choice.

I bought these pillows two days ago, and the first night I used mine, I slept so hard I was transported through space and time, and granted oddly specific knowledge on a subject I've never even been interested in before, the validity of which, I verified with some research after I woke up. So that was weird. Either way, I've had two great nights of sleep so far, without my typical intermittent waking, and all things considered that makes whatever astral plane I ended up on kinda worth it. 10/10, would recommend.

Great pillow at a great price. It’s just firm enough for me it helped me get a great nights sleep my back wasn’t sore in the morning. And it’s nice and cool. Only thing I wish it was a bit bigger. But try it for yourself. Seems like a lot of people didn’t feel the Same way. But Sams will let you return it.
