I bought these for a guest room. My daughter loves them and so I bought her a set. Then after using them my mother in law really liked them so I purchased some for her and had them delivered to her home so she would have them when she got home.

These are the best pillows I have found for the money. Firm yet soft. No break in period. The first night we had them we were glad we bought them. We will buy them again.

I used these pillows in my bed. I mostly used them at nighttime but occasionally for a midday nap. They were comfortable and cooling just as they were advertised. My boyfriend and I both feel like we have slept better since getting these pillows!

Waste of my money. I thought these would be more supportive but they go almost completely flat when you lay on them, and my head isn't big, lol. Will keep as decorative pillows or throw them somewhere. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

These are great pillows. Mine is nice and cool at night. Very soft and comfortable. My wife uses the other one and she is impressed with it. It does take some getting used too but they are a good product.

These cooling pillows are amazing! I am a hot sleeper and having a pillow that stays cool is the best! The firmness of the pillow itself is perfect. Not too soft but not too hard. My 2 year old is a fan of it too! He’s a hot sleeper like me!

Found this pillow to be very bulky and heavy. Too firm for my me, not very comfortable. Will give benefit of the doubt and try to "break it in". If not, will use in guest room.

These Serra pillows are comfortable but I still can’t feel the cooling affect. They do form well to support your head without hurting your next. They feel like the hotel pillows without the price of being hotel pillows.

Used? No plastic wrap just loose pillows in a dirty brown box and had printed out serta paper thrown in box..kinda scary..no proof what kind of pillow it is and seems to be used and of horrible quality..i will be returning immediately

These pillows are great! Comfortable with just the right amount of support. I’m not sure if the pillows seem any cooler than my previous pillows. But I have slept great with them and can’t complain about a good nights sleep!
