I love this pillow very much!! So soft and fluffy so comfortable, me and my husband enjoyed it a lot!!! Great for supporting my back when I not ready to sleep and when I’m ready it’s ready for me too!!

I've always been a 2 or 3 pillow sleeper, but these have changed my life. One is actually enough. Easy on my neck and shoulders. Very comfortable. Not waking up with headaches anymore. I bought 2 for each of us, but using mostly 1 each a night.

These pillows are true memory foam pillows....they are so firm and sturdy, unlike the weak whimsy pillows I usually get. They conform to your head and sleep well....they are firm though, so if you want a softie, it’s not these!!

I personally like a firmer pillows, but they are prefect for my husband. He really liked the way it kept him cool throughout the night. I was not able to keep them cool for me, but they did for the most part.

I have had many pillows going flat within a couple months no matter how much i fluff them. So far the Serta Gel pillows have kept their shape quite well. I fluff them up and they slring back like new.

Very soft and comfy pillows. They definitely cool you down which is great for Florida. My husband wasn’t a fan because of how fluffy they are but if you like a thick fluffy pillow they are great and don’t hurt your neck

This pillow is unlike others. It is comfortable and cooling. I usually wake up in sweat no matter how cold my room is. I have used it for a week now and it's definitely my sleep better. Neck pain is gone as well.

The serta pillow is very comfortable and forms to my head. It is one of the only new pillows ive used without having a headache the next morning. I really liked it. Only thing i didnt like was the zipper.

These are the most comfortable pillows i have ever used. I love having the window open to help me sleep and having the window and a cooling pillow is NEXT LEVEL. I’ll definitely be buying these pillows from now on.

I love the cooling effects it is very soft and quite thick i truly enjoy serta products i think the foam along with the cooling and thickness of the interior of the product is amazing and on the plus side it is 100% washable! Total win win
