Great product for the value! This product definitely stacks up to my Casper pillow ($60+ retail) in terms of keeping cool and keeping its medium-firm shape. I use several pillows to sleep, so this one will continue to stay on my bed!

Have had these pillows a few weeks. So far they feel nice. They have a slight odor and package tells you to let them air out a few days before using them. That does help the odor. A good buy for the price.

Got them for my Daughter’s room, she loves them! They keep her cooler. Yes they do go a little flatter then when you first get them but she just steam sanitize them in our dryer and back to normal shape they are.

3 stars because I didn't really think it had much "cooling" to it. I have had others that are better than this one. Otherwise it's a nice medium pillow. I'll keep sleeping on it - just not the "cooling" I was expecting.

Nice cooling pillow that will mold to your head when you use it. It's not hot like most pillows and is nice and soft and really nice to sleep on. Use a nice cold sheet and you really get all the benefits!

I have used this pillow for five days. The pillow definitely helps you stay cooler which is especially nice if you are a hot sleeper like myself. The pillow has also held its shape and is comfortable.

We really liked these pillows. My husband is a side sleeper and I am a stomach sleeper and worked well for each of us. Pillows were supportive but comfortable. Couldn’t greatly tell the cooling effect advertised but still good pillows overall.

These Serra pillows are comfortable but I still can’t feel the cooling affect. They do form well to support your head without hurting your next. They feel like the hotel pillows without the price of being hotel pillows.

the pillows are very comfortable but when i purchased it i didn't realize it was cut up pieces of memory foam inside instead of a fully intact pillow. it still helps me sleep and was a really good price for 2 so can't really complain.

We love these pillows as does our Bassett. We purchase these frequently to swap out in our Bassett's crate and he love the cooling effect! Of course our pup is not a chewer, so we have no worries there!
