The first thing I noticed was the lumpy ness of the pillows. They did not regulate temperature or really cool. I was hoping for something better but the quality was not there. The gel clumps together and bunches up. Not very comfortable.

This was very comfortable as i was expecting but Didn't get much of a cooling feeling with a pillow case on so its just a comfortable pillow maybe kinda like the my pillow id say would be a reasonable comparison.

I am a habitual pillow buyer, I've been in a constant search for the perfect pillow...I think my search is over. I knew these pillows were different then the past ones I bought, paired with my memory foam gel mattress...I'm in sleep heaven.

These are incredibly good pillows at such a low cost. They are heavier than most and you can scrunch them or just flip them for a cool feeling on your neck.

I normally don’t do memory foam because I like very thick firm pillows and sleep on my side, but these have not lost any of their thickness or shape yet! They also stay cool at night which is important to me because im a hot sleeper.

I used the Serra Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows on my bed. They are comfortable and stay cool throughout the night. The pillows are soft yet the foam provides support. These pillows are great and I would highly recommend!

In love with these full thick pillows! They are super supportive and even though I’ve only been using them a couple of weeks I know they are going to last a long time! Very comfortable, now I just need to find them in King size.

This is an excellent pillow. My wife and I both find these pillows to be very comfortable as well as the right amount of support. It’s not too soft, but not too firm, but just right. It seems durable as well, as it maintains its shape.

This pillow is soft and supportive. The cooling feature is really nice in the summer or if you are a hot sleeper. The pillow has good support for side sleepers and back sleepers. It contours to support either way!

Soft but firm support got a great night's sleep with it. Provided a good cooling effect helping avoid heat discomfort. Easy to fluff and rearrange it's shape to be bigger or smaller where needed. Would definitely recommend.
