Bought these based on packaging description, cooling pillows, other than a reasonable price, they are not cooling pillows and do not stay cool once you lay your head on it. Very disappointed.

If you like half firm half soft pillow this is the pillow for you. It wont change shape after you wash it. No more neck pain because pillow is too soft. Firm and nice also at affordable price. This pillow is great. Recommend it!

We received the pillows a few days ago and they’re quite comfortable! My husband prefers a more firm pillow but he still didn’t wake up with neck pain. This was the perfect firmness for me. And I love the cooling part of it!

The cooling description is on point, but the pillow is a little lumpy for my taste and doesn’t keep its shape too well. It would be good for a guest bedroom but not for someone with neck or back problems.

These were purchased for my wifes parents, so I can not speak directly to their quality. My in-laws have mentioned to us several times how pleased they are with these and find them quite comfortable, providing them with restful sleep.

In the past I’ve tried several other cooling pillows but this one actually works for me! At first it might feel a bit firm right out of the bag but after two nights I threw my old favorite pillow in the trash.

this Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillows are real nice, the quality of the fabric is real high, it's real fresh and it's real comfortable, I really love this pillow and a will definitely recommend this to everyone

The pillow is so comfortable! I like that you can remove some foam to make the pillow fit your needs. I sleep in my side and back and can say it is comfortable in either position. I did not notice any smell to the pillow.

I’m still waiting for the cool. I love sleeping when the room is cool however my wife prefers warm. Thought these pillows would help me sleep when she had to have warm. They stay cool at best 5 minutes.
