Pillows had a stain on it. Took back to the store and customer service rep wouldn't take it back. Then came in a package of two that I ordered online and one of the pillows had a stain. Gross!

Excellent price for a pair of quality pillows. I bought 2 sets of these pillows for use in pillow shams and we usually sleep on these over our "regular" pillows.

Pillow is okay.. To me it needs more stuffing, kind of flat. With the pillow case off of the pillow it seems cold to touch, but you can not really tell with pillow case on pillow. Could be improved to be a great pillow.

These are very comfortable pillows. Ever since I changed to these pillows I have a good night sleep. My neck would hurt with different pillows until I started using the serta gel pillow. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Received my two pack memory foam pillows from Serra and I like how soft they are. I also like that they come with a 1year warranty. I would’ve liked for them to be a little thicker but I would purchase these again.

I have been using the pillow for a week and I like that I don’t wake up with neck or shoulder pain. It provides comfort through the small pieces of gel and memory foam. It’s soft, and I and provides support.

Very nice firm pillows. They are standard size with zippered covers easy to remove for washing. Great quality for the price. I would recommend these pillows.

Pillows are a load !just fine chopped up foam (rubbish ) all knotty through pillow case Just rubbish like the MY Pillow company=most definitely will NOT buy again ! Rating should be 0 stars!

This is one of the most comfortable pillows that I have used in a long time. It does not make me feel warm and it does not fall flat. The only downside is that it is a standard size and I prefer king size pillows.

Its been a week since using these pillow and honestly they're pretty great! They're firm but soft at the same time. I'll need to buy more for my kids since they've liked it so much too. My husband is also a fan so thats a plus 😁
