Very resonable price but not a good product at all -- not cool and not comfortable. The pillow got hot and lumpy after just one night.

I have memory foam pillows and these are legit trash. There is nothing in them, they are like 1/3 of the way stuffed.

If you like flat pillows with no loft, these are for you!! Might as well buy those $5 pillows in the bins. Spend more money and get pillows that actually cradle your neck and head.

Very sturdy pillow, mine always end up flat after a few days. I need a lot of neck support due to spine issues and this pillow helps support me even when I sleep on my side.

I bought these same pillows years ago and they were firm to my liking. I purchased again few weeks ago and they are awful. There's nothing firm about them. The pillows go as flat as a pancake. I'm hoping I can return without original packaging.

Oh my goodness I can’t wait to get these pillows and they are lumpy and separate right as soon as you get them I haven’t even laid on them yet. Horrible will be returning immediately.

I am happy with the pillow I got. The firmness is just right. As for the cooling feature, I have not quite tested that as I recently purchased it and it is winter season.

Pillow is just OK. Seems to be made well enough. I like the removable pillow covering that you can take off and just wash it. We will keep them but they are basically too soft. They squish almost flat when you put your head on it.

The pillow was great for keeping my head cool during the night but the chunks of memory foam would spread out leaving nothing to support my head and neck. Very disappointing! Would not recommend.

It is a fairly comfortable pillow but it's hot just like other pillows, don't let the name fool you. I've used it for a week now and it will get returned due to it smashing flat and no cooling affects.
