Not impressed they lose their shape and need fluffed regularly,they are basically filled with shredded carpet padding that's why they are so inexpensive.

Very sturdy pillow, mine always end up flat after a few days. I need a lot of neck support due to spine issues and this pillow helps support me even when I sleep on my side.

Cooling? Memory gel? Bought two sets of these and they are cheap cheaper than the things that you can get at Walmart. They do fluff back up OK when you punch them around…

I love these pillows. I just wish I could find them in Queen and king size too. I found some that look like them, but they are not the same. These are my favorite pillows.

Cooling what! These knock off my pillows are just awful. First thing is they are over filled, second they do not keep cool. Third, no way that inner pillow would hold up in the washer. My two Pomeranians love their new beds.

Don't know why they're called cooling, as they are just regular big pillows. Well made though, with a thin, zippered cover. Would be perfect for a guest room. Bought for only $10 for a two pack in stire...great price.

These pillows are boring special. Memory foam? Not sure about that. Cooling? Not that either. I still had to flip my pillow over to get the cool side. They aren't very fluffy either. I should have passed these up in the store.

They were flatened out because they rolled them up flat. I bought my first ones in the store, and ive had them at least 5 yrs and they are more plump than the new ones.

I bought these a few months ago and well what do think you will get for $12.98? Hope to find someplace that can recycle them because they are going in the trash. The foam pushes to one side. My bad but how can so many think this is an average pillow? It is a terrible pillow and a $13 pain in the neck.

I picked up this Serta 2-pack on sale, and for the price, it was an excellent deal. I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. These pillows are light, cool, and have an airy feel while still giving enough support. The cooling aspect is noticeable, which I really appreciate, especially if you tend to sleep warm. I’m a side sleeper, and while I wouldn’t say these are specifically designed for side sleepers, they actually work great for me. They have just the right balance—not too firm, not too flat—and they mold comfortably without feeling heavy or stiff. Overall, great value for the money. If you catch them on sale, I’d definitely recommend grabbing a set.
