These pillows have a highly toxic chemical smell to them that does not go away. I thought they were similar to ones purchased at another warehouse store but was unpleasantly surprised especially because of the brand name attached to them.

my pillows came in packaging that was to small for the pillows. They tapped them and the tape isbon the original packaging which ruined the pillowsbas a gift

For $10-$15 these are great. Who knows how long they will last, some people say they are flat. But I’ve used them for a couple weeks and I’ve slept really well. Maybe mine were just worn out. And for the price you can just buy more in a year or two.

Pillow is just OK. Seems to be made well enough. I like the removable pillow covering that you can take off and just wash it. We will keep them but they are basically too soft. They squish almost flat when you put your head on it.

Pillow not terribly cool and stuffing got all smushed to back of pillow after first use. Trying to even it out left lumps. Ok if you like your head to dissapear into it if you sleep on your side.

I was expecting a cooling sensation. While it doesn't trap your body's heat, it definitely isn't "cool". It's a firm pillow and if you take out some of the chopped inner guts it adjusts and remains firm. They were a good price for two pillows.

If you like flat pillows with no loft, these are for you!! Might as well buy those $5 pillows in the bins. Spend more money and get pillows that actually cradle your neck and head.

have arthritis and this is the only pillow that stabilizes my neck / not waking up in pain or stiff! tried the expensive pillows and nothing supports my neck like this one!
