Very flat and not really cooling

Not as cooling as expected..

Pillows are pretty good, I don't feel much cooling though

Comfortable pillow but was not cooling at all.

This pillow makes my head roll uncomfortably.

Had to return them because they weren't Serta Pillows

pillows collapsed after one week and are flat

Need extra pillows on vacation.

Let pillows air out for weeks as recommended by manufacturer. Still have a chemical smell to me. will be returning.

Like the "torn up" memory foam that makes up this pillow. Has a little more give because of this filling.
