These pillows are horrible! Very firm and stiff it also feels like like hard cottons balls in it. We had neck and upper back pain. I gave up and contacted Sam's customer service which was great! Purchased a different brand (Members Mark) and those are great %26 comfy 🙂

I bought these a few months ago and well what do think you will get for $12.98? Hope to find someplace that can recycle them because they are going in the trash. The foam pushes to one side. My bad but how can so many think this is an average pillow? It is a terrible pillow and a $13 pain in the neck.

Me and my chihuahuas are allergic to this pillow. We were all coughing and I couldn't figure out what was going on for a little while. It's a shame because this pillow is so comfortable, moldable, supportive, and cooling. If we weren't allergic to it I would be thrilled about it.

I purchased this set of pillows for a gift. I bought a ser a couple years ago, and still use them.

Too hard for comfort. And when you sleep om them, they get flat and really hard.

I will be returning the pillows. Not cooling and have a smell
