I don't feel like these are cooling gel at all. They just seem like a regular pillow, but a little heavier. I wish they were easier to conform to the shape I need for my neck.

We’ve bought these pillows in the past and wore them out so we bought them again just recently and these new ones are really firm and not comfortable. They also seem to be made differently than before. Definitely will not be buying them again.

I'm very please with this purchase, these pillows are very comfortable and don't flatten out. Two other people have purchased these on my recommendation and they are very satisfied too.

This pillow is excellent quality. I cant speak to longevity as i just bought it but they are very comfortable and provide excellent support if you have neck issue's. Just know they are fairly firm.

This is my favorite pillow it doesn't go flat like the cotton pillows do. If you like a your pillows fluffy, you'll love this foam cluster filled pillow pillow.

I slept on these pillows at my aunt's house one night. When I woke up the next morning I ordered a set of the pillows for my own apartment. The pillows help me sleep well at night. They were a great investment.

These pillows are pretty lumpy and still get flat pretty quick. I wonder if they changed how they were made since I've bought them before and they were great last time.

The pillows are decent for the price. Been using them daily for about a month and they have lost some firmness. Probably will need to be replaced in less than six months. Cooling...I can’t tell.

I wanted to love these pillows, but they are quite disappointing! All the foam packs together where you lay on them, making them hard and flat. They do regain their shape when fluffed, but as soon as you use them they flatten again.
