worst pillow I've ever purchased. what flat after the first night. flat and hard and there's no re puffing it up. I must have gotten different pillows than the people who wrote glowing reviews here because these pillows are terrible

This pillow is great has a nice firmness helps support the neck well. After using it for a week I would not recommend if you are a hot sleeper seems to hold the heat. My wife loves it for that very reason she is always cold.

This pillow is excellent quality. I cant speak to longevity as i just bought it but they are very comfortable and provide excellent support if you have neck issue's. Just know they are fairly firm.

The two pack of Serta cooling pillows are the perfect pair for my bed. They are too firm or too soft. The give good support to your neck. I did not find myself constantly flipping the pillow to keep it on the cool side.

Been using pillows for two nights now with cooling pillow cases and they aren’t cooling pillows at all. They are very soft and comfortable but have no cooling qualities

This pillow is a great add to any bed. Super comfortable and stay cooled all night. Unlike other pillow this one stayed fluffy thru the night. Ran thru the washer like a champ with no issues. Will need another set for my bed.

This is a very nice pillow. It is firm but soft and seems to hold its shape very well! Doesn’t flatten out like most and I love the cooling effect, I definitely notice it! Took some getting used to but will continue to use.
