These pillows do a good job with cooling for sure. They had a slight smell, like most memory foam products do, but it was gone within a couple days. They arent stiff enough for my tastes, but they are comfy when reading.

We received the pillows a few days ago and they’re quite comfortable! My husband prefers a more firm pillow but he still didn’t wake up with neck pain. This was the perfect firmness for me. And I love the cooling part of it!

These pillows are amazing ! They are super soft and keeps a nice cool temp to them. They aren’t king sizes but they are a keeper. My husband and I needed a firmer pillow and these came in time . They also come with a warranty !

This pillow is a little more on the bulkier side than I normally like, however it is definitely a comfortable pillow. I didn’t seem to notice much of the cooling effect but it was stays fresh and airy

These are very comfortable pillows. Ever since I changed to these pillows I have a good night sleep. My neck would hurt with different pillows until I started using the serta gel pillow. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

In the past I’ve tried several other cooling pillows but this one actually works for me! At first it might feel a bit firm right out of the bag but after two nights I threw my old favorite pillow in the trash.
