The pillow is comfortable. I like that the pillow casing has a zipper for easy cleaning. I'm a belly sleeper, so it's too thick for me to sleep with, but I use it when I'm lounging on the couch or when I want a pillow to snuggle.

This pillow is great. So soft and comfortable. The material is of high quality, it feels very luxurious. The gel and coolness made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Will be purchasing some for my guest room.

This pillow is true to its description, cooking. It is more firm than I prefer so I’ll be using it as a prop up pillow while watching tv in bed. It would be great for a back sleeper. I like how it stays cool through the night.

Comfortable not too soft or too firm. My husband and I slept pretty comfortably. Not sure if it is "cooling" we didn't really get much of a cooling effect. Not a bad pillow. Not sure how long it will hold up, but so far so good!

This foam cluster pillow supports my neck and head when I shift positions. I have used it over a month and very happy with my purchase and recommend this pillow.

Great product, Good size for SQ, Soft and good quality. Can wash outer cover if needed too and Looks firm but thing it will reduce when started to use over a period of time. Overall little firm with soft and good quality product.

They are squishy yet very supportive. They are washable o that’s good. I have not washed them yet but they absolutely look like they will keep their shape with no problem

These pillows are super comfortable. Serta pillows are really worth every cent. They are at a great price. Now I will be sleeping more comfortable every night with these cooling pillows. And it comes in a two pack.

I love everything about the pillow, the only thing I dislike is it gets real clumpy while I’m asleep. But it does go back to its original form after I fluff it back out. It is very cooling as well at night.

I have not heard complaints about these. You definitely get great product for the amount you pay. I had to purchase some for myself, and test them out.
