The pillows are high quality and I agree with their statement regarding cooling; however, I prefer foam pillow as I am a side sleeper. My back hurt the following morning after using these pillows. They will be perfect for the guest bedroom!

Pillows are cool to sleep on. Did not wake up sweating. Soft not to firm. Cover comes off for easy washing. Not large in size but does the job. Did not notice it holding much “memory” over all a good pillow.

This pillow is so soft and curves to your body. I used to wake up multiple times during the night due to being so hot but not anymore. No need to wake up to flip the pillow, it stays cool on the same side.

These are super comfortable pillows. They form right to your need. They keep my head cool throughout the night. Queen size bed and 2 fit the pillow cases perfectly and take up the right amount of room

I don't feel like these are cooling gel at all. They just seem like a regular pillow, but a little heavier. I wish they were easier to conform to the shape I need for my neck.

I thought that since Serta is a brand name, these would be good. They feel like they are half filled. I would have returned them, but I can use them for decorative shams.

Definitely comfy and cool. I used it under my head and between my knees to help with my back and to help keep my legs cool as i am a hot sleeper and it kept me cooler than usual. Probably going to get more for our camper

Serta pillow is all you need to get a good nights sleep. This was a great product and I am still getting used to using this pillow, but overall the quality is great and if I would have to buy it again, I would do so.

This is my second set of these pillows. I am always afraid they will discontinue something I like. They do take a few nights to get used to, but don't give up!

I love this pillow! I did not feel my head sweat at night. When I would need to adjust the pillow just a few shakes and it was back to original shape. My head just melts in the pillow. This a must buy
